The buffet meals, breakfast and dinner, are generally excellent. The staff are friendly and knowlegable. The hotel and its amenities are as inviting and comfortable as ever. When arriving by car, the parking facilities are exceptional.

Compared to our previous stay, the evening meal main course choice of meat appears to have been reduced, perhaps because the vegan/vegetarian options have increased. This was disappointing.

Our room was really nice, with a nice view to the see and very comfortable bed, also nice bathroom and design. We really liked the Rituals cosmetics in the room! Both breakfast and dinner were simply EXCELLENT! Compliment for the chef! It was a real culinary delight! Staff was also very kind and helpful. We did not really use the spa section, because the weather was nice and we rather sat by the see. For a glance it looked though a little bit too crowded...The location is perfect just a little walk to reach the see and also the shops. I really recommend this place, we will definitely come back one day for relaxing.

The breakfast and evening buffet were SUPER - the personal were all super friendly and helpful as I had auto problems and with their help I was able to get the problem fixed. Enjoyed their friendlyness.

Beautiful Rome that looked right over to the beach. The breakfast was simply amazing with everything you could possibly want to eat from the time you checked in till the time you checked out service was immaculate I would love to return to this property as it is one of the best. They even reserved a table for the whole family breakfast, including my daughter and son-in-law that were on a different booking.

I think the service could have been more professional. While they were friendly and respectful, for a hotel like this I would have expected them to be a bit more on top of things, and more attentive.

The hotel facilities are very well designed. The hotel room has been comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

We booked half board in ordner to have the best relaxing time. They offered fresh salads, veg and fruits all the time which was perfect. We missed a bit Asian foods...more rice dishes, asian soups, maybe sushi or anything like that.

Hotel itself is beautiful, food is good and service is at the high level. Spa area was very positive surprise.

We were not quite sure if five Star international standards are met since hotel don’t have room service, valley parking. Addition to this rooms were not equipped as international five star hotels.

Breakfast was very good, various options and good quality. Spa was very good, clean and lots of options. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.
