Very nice house very close to the beach but without sea view. However, very nice property with a nice terrace and winter garden. Rooms are bright and clean and nicely equipped with coffee machine and blue tooth music box. Our bathroom was not super modern, but functional and clean. Breakfast is really nice and served at the table what we really liked.

the building is fantastic, the staff are very kind, bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, we had a parking place for the whole stay. however the best thing is breakfast! never had such a luxury breakfast. huge variety, different every day, ingredients always top level, some of the dishes seemed home cooked. simply fantastic. be sure to book a room with breakfast included, or to book it the evening when you arrive!

there were two very small issues. from the first room up the stairs you hear voices at the bar like they are in the room (but at a reasonable time everyone went to bed, so it was not an issue, we were just worried they didn’t!). the other thing is about the check in online, it didn’t work well so at one point I got scared it was a scam system. instead it wasn’t, so everything was fine. but it was a bit weird.

It is a nice old villa, nicely decorated. Clean.

The hotel and staff have a pretention to be very luxurious and serve your every whim, it is not only tiring, but you get a feeling that the staff would really prefer if you were gone... or dead. It is a wellness property, but the spa is about 400 meters away in a different hotel. The staff is very "economical" about food. It seems more like miserliness than idiology. They are very petty about parking spaces It seemed more promising from the description... Although we actually did not have any direct complaint. It's really just the vibe that you expect and is absent.

Location is perfect, probably the best to enjoy "Travemünde week". You can leave your bike in a locked garage for 1,50 euro/night extra. Very good tea for breakfast.

Old squeaky floors, you can always hear someone walking. Breakfast is ok, but I would prefer buffet. Old bathroom, needs renovation.

Very well located small hotel in 2 old villas one street in from the sea promenade. Easy access to sea front bars and restaurants. Nice bar area in front of hotel. Delicious breakfast. Large room with balcony.

The television is a little small and there is no coffee machine in the room

Really nice place to stay on a very quiet street with absolutely no traffic noises👍!

This was just a very personal problem, but the pillows were much to big and firmly stuffed, and I can’t sleep without one either…so I woke up with a stiff neck…but like I said, personal problem 😉

Wonderful ancient building with fantastic team! Thank you for your hospitality! Will stay there again and again, the place is reccomendation for must staying!

I can only recommend this place, clean, very friendly and supportive hosts; will definitely come back
