Booked it as last min, as the location is really great, right behind the Rathaus and market. with two restaurants in the hotel. the little cute room can access next to the restaurant. Though my window is to the street, but it was super quiet and the most important, the hotel has air-con for summer! really not expected. Bed is super comfi. Breakfast is great with lots of selection (at least more selection than most other German hotels) Staffs are super nice and helpful, including all the check-in staffs, as well as the lady working in the breakfast room! all the teams have been trying their very best to make guests to have good experience in the hotel! this is really nice!

arrived from the market side, then the big room. In order to go to reception, one should go to the back side, or it might be nice, if there is a small sign at the staircase, to show guest to go upstair and take the evaluator to the reception. If it was not that hot, a small walk would be ok though.

The location is very central, room had a spectacular view with a balcony overlooking the town. Worth staying again.

There was a foul smell coming from the toilet after the room was cleaned, it only lasted for a day and we didn't get the room cleaned. so not sure if it had to do something with the cleaning. We were occupied and hence couldn't inform it at the reception.

Beautiful city, friendly staff. The rooms were plain, clean and simple. No aircon, it was a bit hot in summer. Location fantastic! Spanish restaurant and potato restaurant worth trying!

Superb location - breakfast included which was extremely varied and well served. Room large with sofa/fridge and balcony - excellent and much needed in the heatwave. Lifts were also welcome in the heat!

Once we had worked out the designated parking near to the hotel, it was perfect. That took a little time and during that time we were parked on the road and worried about being issued a ticket. The difficulty was that the duty staff when we arrived spoke very little English. Eventually with a combination of my German and his English, we worked it out and it was perfect thereafter. A reminder about the tourist tax would have been useful when we checked in, rather than being presented with the bill as we left. Again, probably down to our combined language skills:)

The room/apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable (if rather functional) and very quiet. Friendly staff and super location just down the road from the town centre.

pots, pans for the kitchenette only available on request rather than as standard. Not a bid deal for us, especially as there's a restaurant downstairs and plenty of other places to eat. We forgot about the local taxes added to the final bill. Might be helpful to make this clearer while booking.

Very conveniently located right in the centre of Wernigerode, a city located at the Harz mountain range, small yet beautiful. We like to stop here during our end of year holiday transit. The city has a very cosy christmas market. The hotel is very good for families with kids. It offers spacy and comfortable studio rooms, with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. We were able to charge our car overnight at the charger available at the hotel's parking.

The hotel is located in the centre, near to the market place. The rooms are spacious and we had a very nice balcony with a beautiful view to a church and some old houses. Very good breakfast with everything, you could wish.

This hotel is rated 3 stars but should be 4. It was such a pleasant surprise with a large bedroom and bathroom. Restaurant could be the best we’ve eaten at in Germany so far. Bed was a bit hard but ok. Location was perfect to see all the fights. Reception was very friendly. Highly recommend.

There are limited parking spots in the courtyard of the hotel. So, in case all spots are already taken, you must park at the second parking lot of the hotel (located few meters away from the hotel) which costs you 8€ per day.
