Arrived a little late after the reception closed. Contacted the given phone number. Although they did not speak much English, I was really happy that they patiently helped me to get the keys to the room from the locker outside.

The room was a little smaller than expected so was not so comfortable for two. But anyway it was just to sleep for the night.

The apartment was spacious and the hotel easy to find. Nice neighbourhood. Good breakfast.

We had to fight a small ant invasion from the terrace door. Would have been nice with more glasses in the kitchen.

The apartment is big, full equipped and very convenient. Close to the city center. Breakfast is good. The environment of the apartment is very nice.

Not got sufficient information for getting the key. Luckily we got help from a unknown lady, otherwise we didn’t know what we could do and maybe stay outside whole night. The staff not speak English and difficult for communication.

Clean, cozy and quiet place. Huge parking space.

It will be nicer to offer the coupons on the arrival day(at the room for example). We got them on the breakfast table which was the day we were leaving.

Location, cleanliness, facilities. Should be great to stay here in summer.

Strangely enough, we were not provided with the third blanket and a pillow for our child. Internet connection was slow.

Cosy clean rooms.

The breakfast for basic rooms was in a form of buffet, but when you book apartments for more people, you'll be given very poor, sad looking plate with hardly one portion for all the guests.

Our family had a great time at this nice apart-hotel in Wernigerode. The tasty breakfast, clean rooms, and well-equipped kitchen were the best parts. I can certainly recommend this place. Oh, and they also had a few board games in the apartment (in case kids get bored).

Parking was a bit crowded at times.

Good size of the apartment, convenient location - quiet street, but close enough to town centre, good housekeeping level, car park just beside the building, friendly staff, early breakfast - from 7:00.

Wi-Fi is not connecting in some parts of the apartment.

Everything was above and beyond anything we had expected. Super friendly staff, and AMAZING breakfast, delivered to our outdoor patio every morning 😘👍

Cant think of anything, that they can improve on.

Only one toilet/bathroom for up to 6 person, uncomfortable sleeping sofa (has edge in the back), limited cooking equipment, no charging facility for electric car
