The location is according to my opinion the best part of this hotel. It is 2 minute walk from a Mcdonalds, 8 minutes to Losteria and 10 minutes to the Wertheim Village. There is a gas station right next to it. The staff was super friendly. Very supportive and speaks both English and German very well. They even helped and guided us on how to go about with the agenda. WiFi worked really good.

The breakfast I think could have been much better given that they are charging 17 Euros for it. The options were very limited (what they are giving in breakfast) and I think that refilling too could have been much, much better.

Very convenient location. Extremely friendly staff, and they were impeccable in ensuring my daughter’s toys that we forgot in the room were posted back to us. Very attentive

All very good, I would only say that perhaps it was not very cheap, compared to similar hotels we stayed in the same period.

Hotel located close to the highway. Nice, modern and clean room. Good breakfast with a lot of choice and fresh food.

There was no minibar in the hotel room. (i saw only the next morning the possibility of the automat on ground floor). Probably due to late arrival the evening before.

We were travelling through Germany and for this purpose the hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff, quiet. It was a little pricey for what it was, but this also could have been because we booked fairly last minute. I have no complaints about the breakfast, it was all good, but it also wasn't anything special. Something to keep in mind is that the only restaurant close by is a McDonalds, but obviously not the hotel's fault and I guess that is to be expected for a highway hotel.

I saw online that the bar closed at 23:00, but when we arrived at 22:30 everything was already closed and dark. Wasn't a huge deal for us, but just something to note.

No staff on Sunday pm. Screen at the entrance doesn’t work. No possibility to make the check in by ourself. Thanks for the guy who’s coming to open us.

Convenient for an overnight stay. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and a lift. There was a large McDonalds opposite the hotel, where there was a choice of dishes.

Staff didn’t make eye contact.

breakfast was very well presented, however o only one hot drink machine meant there was a long wait to get hot drinks. I spoke about this to staff who said it was like this at weekends, so if that is the general case the Hotel need to invest in second machine. ( I have hotel and if that was happening either I would get another machine - or I would save hot drinks to the guest table )

My room was a little chilly but I did not understand how to increase heat or reduce cooler.

Convenient location, new construction, regular size room and bathroom.

Parking is not free ! TV channels very limited. No coffee and tea facilities in the room, No restaurant on site. Beds very hard. Breakfast average and eggs and bacon at 09h00 were cold and not eatable. Hotel is expensive for this type of accommodation.
