The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable, with a nice bed and a modern bathroom. Drinking water was in the room--always nice to have after having been on the road. The location is superb in the small town of Wertheim. I had a very good night's sleep. The beakfast was outstanding in a very pleasant and nicely decorated breakfast room.

When I arrived around 1 p.m. I was surprised to see that the front door was locked and that there was no one at the reception. I had received emails from the hotel (probably about checking in) which I had not read as I was on the road all morning. However, instructions were posted by the entrance which were clear and easy to follow. They did, however, require a working telephone, which I thankfully had with me (even though a U.S. phone). Someone answered the phone immediately and walked me through the process of accessing the needed key to unlock front doort and getting into my room. Thank you!

The staff were amazing—really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Everything was in perfect condition. Breakfast was great too.

Missing air conditioning means room is hot in the summer days. Nothing other than that.

I highly recommend Wertheimer Stuben if you are planning a trip to Wertheim. Check-in was quick and easy. And, since our room was ready they allowed early check-in at no additional charge. The staff were all incredible and willing to help with anything. They even provided us extra plug adapters during our stay. All of the front office & kitchen staff spoke excellent English. The breakfast was also excellent, and included fresh breads, fruits, cheeses, meats, juices, jams, variety of coffee choices, as well as eggs & bacon. The location was also excellent and allowed easy walks to to many shops, cafes, restaurants, and site seeing. Parking was just around the corner and very convenient at around 4 Euros/day.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Location is the center area from all shopping areas. The breakfast was varied. I like it. Room was confortable and each day cleaning was working very well. People in breakfast and main entrance was very kind.

Outside the office hours, mobile app for opening the main door was very scary because not experience of this how successful to use the app. New generation people can do it, but I am worry about old generation people how they can handle with this.

Excellent breakfast, great variety of things, room really attractive, cool and relaxing to sit in. Staff wonderful, really helpful with a problem we had with our car. Excellent lifts, helpfulness with parking etc. Bed very comfortable, room clean, helpful lift etc.

We had a room out the front which unfortunately was very noisy and with the sun shining in until after 9pm and no air conditioning it was so so hot!

I was stationed in Wertheim as a young Soldier in the early 80’s and always loved the town and area. I stopped by for a 3 day stay and could not be more pleased with my choice to stay at the Wertheimer Stuben, a wonderful hotel with extremely pleasant staff. I will most certainly book here on my next visit!!

The Wertheimer Tube was a very pleasant surprise. My wife and I were both stationed in Wertheim from 73-79. We met here and were married on the base. The room was very big, with great facilities. The staff was superb, very helpful, spoke excellent English and went out of their way to may sure we had an early breakfast on the day we had to leave. Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Wertheim. Will definitely stay here if and when we return.
