Lovely hotel within walking distance to the historical town centre. We also really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening, drinking some lovely local wine! The staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended :)

The reason we booked this hotel was because it was advertised to have an EV charging point. This charging point is on the hotel car park however it is out of order. To be fair the hotel did let us know in a message before we arrived it will not be possible to charge there but it would be great if they could make sure the charger is fixed or remove it from the booking.com listing. We would be more than happy to pay for the charging too, and I think all hotels should have multiple points available, especially for such a large hotel with a large car park.

The room we had (223) was large with a sitting area, wooden floors and a large double bed. Whilst no tea/coffee making facilities, room came with a safe. Bathroom was lovely with walk in shower- one of nicest bathrooms we have had! Balcony had view of River Main. In spite of it being October we were able to eat outside. Whilst pricey would recommend Pork medallions with Pfefferling mushrooms. Breakfast not extensive but was fresh. Staff made great efforts to accommodate my wife’s gluten-free meal. Receptionist/ manager was welcoming and made real effort to make our stay special. Excellent customer service! Free car parking.

Simply that there was no tea/coffee in room.

Due to the summer season, it was very hot, however, the room does not have air conditioner or even fan. Of course, it is the place that normally you do not need to have air conditioners, but if you have something, it would be great.

The hotel is in a lovely little village All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional and the food excellent. Rooms light and airy and exceptionally clean Nothing was too much trouble. Yes….. we would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

Everything was very good.

First impressions weren't good, hotel was 'shut' and lift wasn't working - our room was on the third floor and I am disabled. But, they had left a phone number and it proved very useful - they said someone would be along shortly and the owner turned up - he gave us the master key to the hotel and asked us to leave it on the bar when we had finished with it, he also recommended a good restaurant to have dinner in and gave us directions for how to get there. After that everything worked perfectly and we decided to spend another night there. Breakfast was very good and we loved the lady on duty there, like all the staff she seemed to put the visitors interests first.

wonderful location, very nice and polite service . We arrived early and they allowed us early check-in. lovely Lady on reception was very helpful. We was traveling with dogs, there is nice outside aria to walk around. Beautiful city, hotel, location. Highly recommend. Excellent restaurant . Thank you very much .

This is a very nice hotel, and very quiet with excellent service. You must eat at the restaurant. It was one of my best dining experiences ever and I highly recommend it. The breakfast was also excellent.

The hotel is near the river and the center. It is easy to park, the hotel has its own restaurant. The room was large, modern and clean. Comfortable bed and bed sheets. Excellent breakfast with the possibility to eat outside. I wish we stayed more than 1 night.

The room was too big for us. I would have preferred to stay in smaller and a bit cheaper room for our 1 night sleep-over.

Super evening meal menu. Friendly staff. Perfect for a stopover travelling back to the Netherlands from Austria.
