Everything was nice except the bad smell from the small bathroom, was occasionally ok but mainly the room smells like drain . The place is wonderful but the dishwasher was not so good it needs maintenance more salt and vinegar because the smell of the plates were not nice. The cleaning people should always check the vacuum cleaner because there were a lot of dogs hairs inside and no one make it empty . Was very uncomfortable and very disgusting.we tried to used it to left clean but the smells of this vacuum cleaner was horrible. Under the beds a lot of dust. We asked the Hausmeister for more towels and we never got them. Anyway the apartment is super nice but these points were really not good.

The property is nice amazing

The location was excellent, due to the accommodation being right outside of Winterberg, we were able to avoid most of the extremely crowded roads when driving to the pistes. Temperature regulation was excellent, the jacuzzi was phenomenal, a great shower, a great sauna. We could not have gotten a better accommodation in the area at our time of booking.

During the last day, one of our neighbours was smoking cannabis. Due to the balconies being connected in the middle two rooms, the smell was very strong whenever we went outside or sat in the jacuzzi together.

Spacious living room with a well equipped, open kitchen. Modern design and an astonishing view. Loved the electric fireplace. Great location. Felt comfortable throughout and can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Picture of the sauna might be slightly misleading, only fits in one person at a time. Would've liked a small sample of soap in the bathrooms for our stay. Otherwise highly satisfied.

We loved the location, the layout of the property and style that made it very welcome to come home to at the end of an evening after skiing.

There were a couple of things to add: handy to have a washing machine in each apartment and a toaster. The plumbing in the toilet wasn’t the best, but this was a very minor thing

The view from the balcony is amazing. Just 2 mins walk to ski slope. The jacuzzi is also great. Also love the fireplace inside the apartment. The apartment is very well designed and well thought of.

The shower has some mould which requires some deep clean.

Spacious apartment, very clean, magnificent view. Excellent location literally on the slopes. Ski school pretty much next door, ideal for the kids. Not much going on in the village but there is a nice restaurant and bakery within 50m.

It was a very modern and spacious apartment. We were 9 and very comfortable with amazing views. We really liked the sauna.

There were not enough jacket hooks and it would have been nice to have the book in English too.

Everything was great. The whirlpool on the balcony was the highlight and the view was spectacular.
