The Hotel is in an excellent location, close to both the Marktplatz and the Port. The room was clean and very comfortable size. the bathroom was also spacious and clean. The staff were friendly.

Although I paid for a Junior Suite and colleague paid for a Comfort Double Room, the difference in price was not justified since there was hardly any difference between the two rooms. There was no coffee machine or at least a kettle for some instant coffee / tea. The mini-bar was empty although I am grateful that we found a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room as well as a bottle of water.

An amazing hotel, newly renovated with great taste The most super comfortable bed we have experienced. The room was large and well-lit, the bathroom was huge and an excellent shower and a spacious bench top Breakfast was great and was served in a lovely room Well located to transport, shops and all the sights of the old town Staff were very helpful and welcoming Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

I liked that there was a room where you could get tea and coffee any time of day, with a really grand old-fashioned design. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I had actually booked for the wrong night but they changed it for me no problem, and I could keep my luggage there and work there after I checked out.

Very convenient location next to central train station and also the old town. Very comfortable bed, plenty of plugs (two of which at either side of the bed). Big bedroom with a desk and a small table, spacious bathroom with 3 mirrors. Elevator. Very quiet room. Good quality toiletries. Small fridge in the room. Free water bottle.

The room was a bit hot, no AC but a fan was provided (not a problem for us though). The soap dispenser near the sink is not very conveniently located. They didn't fill in the soap dispenser in the shower when doing the room the first day, so we ended up without shower gel by the following day.

Great breakfast. Rooms very nice and quiet. Location great. Right at the bridge with four pigs. Literally central to the old town and all the sights.

No air conditioning. One curmudgeon man at late afternoon desk. He would not give me a replacement box of tissues. The other staff were very nice.

The toilet was clean and the whole room too. The hotel was cozy and warm and well located.

For the price I paid I have expected some facilities more like coffee machine or tea. Anyway, they provide the possibility to use a common coffee machine for a fair price.

Super convenient location. 3 minutes from the train station and the central bus station. It allowed me to explore the surroundings of Wismar (Poel, Boltenhagen) by public transport. Right on the edge of Wismar's lovely old town. Also very friendly staff!

Not much I didn't like. The bed wasn't my favourite (I like my mattresses a bit harder) but I still slept very well.

Good location near the station. Good size rooms,. Excellent breakfast at a hood price. Very helpful staff in the morning. Quiet along the road st night.

Reception closes at 6pm....we arrived after....not by car....so difficult and not clear where to pick up the keys. Nowhere to eat anything around 8.30pm in the evening and no suggestions available where to find something to eat in town......so we went to bed hungry.

Rarely do all the qualities of what one hopes to find in a hotel come together, but our stay combined warmth of staff, spaciousness of accommodations, a tasty breakfast, a great shower, a room to relax, easy access to sights, and of course a high standard of fresh and clean everywhere.

super clean. super nice room. comfort bed and pillow. very nice hotel. feel like beautiful home. thanks the lovely friendly Receptionist (sorry we forgot her name), she recommended us to beautiful Timmendorf beach and Poel island coz she live there. we had a great time there.
