Friendly staff, nicely designed common areas, modern room and bathroom with good lighting, good parking, awesome location, nice breakfast. I much appreciated the high quality hand soap, shower gel and body lotion, without irritating ingredients like SLS in the soap - very few hotels provide products as good as this.

Nothing to say here, really. Maybe just that there is a bit of a disconnect between the historic facade of the building and its modern interior (but it is a nice interior).

What a nice hotel We stayed at Hotel Townhouse Stadt Hamburg in Wismar from 15 - 16 Oktober 2024, and from the very moment we opened the door, we felt welcome by the kind and professionel staff. The hotel is modern and airy, the rooms are nice and clean, and there is a very cosy library. The breakfast was very good.  On top of that the hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful city centre of Wismar surrounded by charming old buildings. I warmly recommend this hotel.

This classy hotel is on the main square in Wismar. The room we had looked over the square - there was no significant noise from outside. The hotel is spotlessly clean with really nice public areas. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good.

It was expensive - but you pay for quality! The restaurant was very expensive with an unappealing menu - we eat elsewhere.

The location was great. Right in the centre and afforded easy walking tours of the Altstadt. The room was tidy and spacious. The decor and style of the public areas was modern and chic. It felt open and airy. The breakfast was very good and the service was friendly and welcoming.

The room was very warm in the sunny weather and didn't have air conditioning. The shower room door opened out into the room blocking access to the wardrobe. The wi-fi signal in the room was poor, compared to the centre of the hotel.

I loved how caring they were about my dog staying with us as they provided bowls and even a blanket for him, with snacks and also they had poop bags there for free just in case we needed. The location and stuff was also marvellous

The breakfast was a bit limited and I had to pay several fees and taxes about food and beverage so it was a bit confusing to be honest, considering how limited the options were

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Wismar . You step out the front door onto the lovely market square It is nicely decorated & my room was super spacious as I was given a free upgrade. Apart from the charming bell tower it was quiet.

It is a very attractive, well furnished hotel in a great location. I the room was a good size, and was stylishly decorated and well appointed. The bathroom was a good size. It was close to the station.

The shower was not adjustable. The breakfast (which I didn’t have) was expensive.

Perfect location right in the center of Wismar. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Fridge with a select mini bar included, very welcome. Indoor parking available around the corner. Quality of linnen excellent and very comfortable XL bed.

No ventilation in bathroom.

First we had contact with staff via mobile who let us park the car in their garage. We were then admitted in person and checked in and given the opportunity to upgrade the room standard. Then help with attractions. The next day started with a nice breakfast. The main advantage was the staff, then the nice room, the breakfast and also the possibility of a garage. Very good, which is why we hope to appear with You again. We would like to say Thank You!

I liked pretty much everything about the hotel. It's a true 5-star hotel approach to the clients. I missed the opportunity to visit sauna and they kindly arranged it for me individually. Also it was great that my kid got a comfy low bed. This improved the quality of sleep for every member of the family.

Would be amazing if sauna worked 24 hours or at least till midnight and opened at 9:00 or 10:00, not at 12:00.
