The Hotel is in the city centre, therefore this approach by car is not too easy. The Hotel has a parking place, but the staff offered us another parking garage 300-400 metre for same fee The hotel was simple, the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was big well. The restaurant of the hotel was good, and the food was delicious. We could make a walking in the centre of the city, where were some sights, mainly in the port, where were many souvenir shops.

They didn't speak English at the reception, but the explained everything in German. The offered parkingplace was far from the hotel.

The young man at reception helped me by printing and then scanning a document. There was a bit of complexity to it and he handled it with expertise and a helpful attitude.

The sensor activated light in the bathroom doesnt seem to detect your presence through the glass doors of the shower. This means it goes out while you're in the middle of your shower, and you then need to open the shower door to reactivate the light.

Excellent location and good parking place. Special thanks to Mr. Matthias von Schöning for an early check-in and a bigger room for our 4 pieces of luggage, and reservation for our parking place! Thanks also to the Hotel to inform us that they did not request Booking.com to renew our Visa information and they did keep the reservation for us.

We use the Visa card for our reservation since more than 10 years with Booking.com! We strongly request Booking.com to check who sent us several times the same email on the name of Booking.com, requesting us to renew our Visa information and to pay the hotel fee immediately days before our arrival. If not, our reservation would be canceled .

Nice hotell in perfect closeness to everything you need and want to see.

Check-in was great — the staff spoke good English and gave us helpful tips : ) Check-out was a different story. Staff member unfortunately did not speak a single word of English with us and seemed a bit annoyed that we tried to ask questions in English and hoping she would understand. (Will will use google translate next time ; )

It was a great hotel with fabulous staff. Everyone was so nice to us and always gave us a smile. We also talked a lot with Ibrahim that workes in reseption and the restaurant. He told us about places to go and explore around Wismar. I will definitely come back and stay here 😃

The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows in the bed were quit thin and not very good to lay on. And for me, the bed was way too soft. But that is because I have had back surgery and need firmer bed. But that's all😉

The hotel is located in the old town and everything was within walking distance. The room was large and functional. The breakfast was excellent: the choice was exceptionally wide and everything was of good quality.

The Hotel has a super Location, right in the middle of the Town and therefore a great place to stay when visiting the city. Our room was very spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Boiler for coffee or Tee, free of charge in the room Price & Value are very good

All in all a little dated, but everything is in good shape

This is an excellent place to stay when you are in Wismar. The location is as central as it can be in the old part of Wismar, and the service is outstanding. This was my fifth stay there (I think), and I will definitely go back if I go to Wismar again. At this point most staff members (all very kind and professional) is English-speaking, I may add.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The hotel is right in the city! Close to all the sights.

The carpark, spa, and pool were not included in the price and the carpark should have been prebooked which was not made clear at the time of booking.

Located in the very center, good size room, public parking at the reasonable price at daytime, free at night nearby. One of the receptionists spoke perfect English, another - not a word :)

Double bed - two light singles put together, not connected in any way, so they split and you fall in the middle
