A nice and comfortable family-ran hotel in the Mosel valley. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the whole experience from the beginning to the end, no serious complaints. The staff was very nice and helpful to us. The kitchen is extraordinary, we really enjoyed the breakfast and a dinner. The location is splendid, near Bernkastel-Kues and all the Mosel valley attractions, as well as easily accessible from the highway. We would return anytime in the future, highly recommended.

The restaurant kitchen closes at 21:00 and we were told off already at 20:40, that was a bit disappointing. I guess, it's because the hotel is a family run business, so we understand that the staff needs to leave for home at some reasonable time. At the same time, for certain type of guests (like us) a need to rush to have a dinner before say 20:00 during vacations is quite uncomfortable. Also, the parking garage is relatively small and during our stay there was not always a parking place available. But it's a minor issue as the large parking place at the riverbank is just a few steps away.

Terrific value for location and amenities the hotel offers. Good amount of free parking, some covered but also cheap public parking opposite. The hotel is very clean and there's a formal restaurant as well as a more casual bar with cheaper options. My room was overlooking the vineyards and was lovely. Fridge/mini bar, BBC news channel, good sized bathroom with good pressure hot shower. Large wardrobe and safe. Breakfast was excellent, very pleasant staff. A good hot and cold selection. The pool is small but adequate for children or cooling off. The sauna area is lovely with bio and Finnish Sauna. There's large supermarket about 10 minutes drive and small one just a few buildings away. Lots of places to eat nearby.

No big ones and easily overcome by positives. However : Internet is woefully slow, no chance of Netflix Would have liked a kettle Lift temperamental

On arrival hotel staff where welcoming and friendly, hotel was in a lovely location looking over the river In a small quiet village, good parking facilities carpark was under cover, room was nice size and lovely, very clean and tidy nice view, mini bar with cold drinks, bathroom was lovely and clean and tidy, great shower, beds where comfortable, breakfast was lovely everything you could want and sitting outside on the terrace in the morning was wonderful, restaurant was good with good food, in door swimming pool , bit small but ok,

We booked the suite and were really fond of the room and the really comfy beds; our daughter had her own bathroom and ours contained a walk-in shower and what looked like a fantastic bathtub (since it was 30 degrees outside we didn’ t use it). The separate living room was very neat, cosy and practical. The pool had exactly the right temperature and was quite large; the sauna’s were very cozy and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with great choice and dinner at Braukeller was ok. We asked for a table at the Saxler s restaurant the second evening and that was really a nice experience. Although a bit overpriced in comparison to our Belgium gastronomy (we ordered different dishes from the menu) it was one of the best meals we ever had in the Moselle region, all fresh and tasty dishes with the right seasoning and perfectly cooked. Our only suggestion would be some sort of fan or airco in the rooms but this is rather unusual in Moselle I think. To end my review: we will be booking this hotel again when we will visit the region as we really loved every aspect about it.

Only suggestion (no complaint): as our climate is changing maybe airco would be a plus in the future.

Very clean and great facilities. Lovely balcony overlooking the mosel and the pool was a nice treat.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t very good. Might have been because we were in an end room but it was frustrating. It would have been great if the sauna was on all the time. We were only there a day so wanted the convenience of using it when we were in the pool area.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the views of the river pretty. The hotel staff was awesome, and the location as great. Breakfast was also good.

the rooms were slightly dated, but spacious and clean. The "parking garage" was very very small, but luckily there was parking right across the street for 6 euro per day.

Good location with river views in the quiet village of Zeltingen. The rooms were modern, very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely few days here and will return. Definitely try the restaurant and the Braukeller - the food was amazing!

The road was a little noisy at night but once the windows were closed it was fine.

The breakfast was good, the staff was very kind and helpful we asked for a baby crib and told the staff that we were traveling with two kids and one of the kids would sleep in our bed but when we arrived they had put an extra bed and a baby crib in the room. Very very kind and we truly appreciated the kind gesture.

Bathroom. The updated version is not working for us. The door is now located onto the side of the bed. The sliding door that is not private. The slated door needs a rethink

Very close to everything yet on the more quiet side of town. Beautiful view and restaurant serve very nice food. Staff r super nice and very accommodating with our request.

WiFi speed can be improved. It’s enough for social stuff but if u need to work or have online meetings , the speed is not fast enough.
