Rooms were cute with a cool view of the Hochmoselbrücke. Sauna facilities were great (when open). Staff were helpful and quick to fix some errors. Breakfast and dinner there were delicious.

Wellness facilities should be open earlier. They only open in the afternoon, but I would like to have also gone in the morning before I checked out. If they were open in the morning as well, I would have given the hotel a 10. Room needed more pillows and bed was a quite small double, but still comfy.

the place where we stayed was a little historical place near the river Mosel. The view was very good.

There were not many parkings without charge, but the staff gave very good advice where to park without being charged.

The service was exceptional. Some of the friendliest staff I ever encountered. The food was amazing. I had diner and breakfast and both were incredible. The hof itself is beautiful and the wine the create is of superb quality. I didn't have time to use the wellness facilities, but I will be back soon to find out if they are as good as all the other parts of this amazing hotel.

The bathroom was a bit small, even for a one person room. But that is truly the only negative thing I can think of.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and both dinner and breakfast was delicious and had much to choose from. We stayed at the guesthouse which was a quick walk from the reception/main hotel area, and the room was very clean and quite spacious. The spa/wellness area was on the small side but very welcoming and relaxing, and the perfect end to a day of hiking/exploring in the area.

Overall the place was great, but I would have liked fluffier pillows for a more restful night's sleep.

The whole staff!!! Very friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to the young team from Indonesia, the did a great job! The restaurant, awesome dishes with fresh ingredients and very tasty. The rooms are very nice and clean.

Without A/C with outside temperature of 32c the nights were too hot

Great Spa, good service. Cozy and historic but modern, 10 to 15 min walk from the small village center.

Wifi was occasionally a bit weak and we had two single beds, instead of one wide mattress.

The room was very nice, clean and sunny. The beds were comfortable and the wellness area was great as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of options to choose from also including some vegetarian and even vegan options. The staff was very exceptionally nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was great as well, being right at the river and great options to go hiking in the vineyards above.

Lovely setting between the vineyards and close to the Mosel river. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Superb location by Mosel River. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Wonderfully spacious old building, with lots of characterful seating areas. Great breakfast and restaurant. Very comfortable bed. This was my fourth stay at this superb hotel.
