The staff was great and my room nicely appointed- comfortable and clean. I especially liked the open dining area in the evening for wine and unwinding from travel. The designated, secure bike garage was great and the breakfast was good.

The location isn’t great— it is in a residential area without much around. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance— I ended up at a shop and had blueberries, yogurt, and nuts for dinner (70 km ride, non- electric bike, fully loaded). It is good if you have a car.

The room was good, and breakfast excellent. A good system for getting a glass of wine.

We had hoped to have a room from which we could see the river, and the picture on Booking.com seemed to show a balcony from which you could see the valley. There wasn't such a balcony it seemed so that was a slight shame. Also, the restaurant wasn't open on the night we were there.

This is very well appointed property with good sized rooms. The breakfast is very good. The host is very attentive. This was my second stay at this hotel and rebooked due to the quality of the property and the evening meal. Unfortunately the hotel no longer serve evening meals but there is a very good motor museum themed restaurant a short distance away.

The location is quiet and a few km out of town. Comfortable beds, great AC, nice shower, and very clean. My room had a balcony but it was too hot to sit outside. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The bicycle storage is secure and easy.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was on premises, the room was large, comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. It was easy to walk into town and the wifi was good.

very clean and nice room. it is on a 20 to 30 min walk from Bernkastel city centre. we especially chose this location to be away from the cente during the wine festival. The hotel has also a restaurant. The food is very good but the menu is limited compared to some other restaurants. very positive experience

Good room, shower, AC. Above average restaurant. Bike locker very good but absolutely stacked with bikes - who owned all of these?

Difficult check in as reception knew zero English. Just tried saying German louder. About 2:30 in morning extremely loud activities in bike garage, went on for about an hour. We had window open because room was heavily perfumed. Finally closed window about 3:30 and turned on AC.

Warm welcome, good sized room, very clean. Inhouse restaurant with a small dinner menu, but good quality. Excellent breakfast buffet with wide choice... Parking available without reservation or charges.

Excellent Breakfast with lots of choices. The staff is very polite and experienced. Very clean and big rooms with a nice balcony. The jacuzzi in our room was an extra plus. This hotel deserves a big 10 !!! Food in the hotel restaurant "Steak House" was delicious!

Superb individual hotel. Very spacious rooms with good facilities. Very good evening meal and breakfast . Very attentive staff. If you are visiting the area this must be highly recommended.

Nothing . To be exceptionally picky it is a bit far out of town … but the food and service is so good it doesn’t matter.
