The location was beautiful. The rooms were a nice size for our family. The rooms were equipped like what we expect from a typical European hotel. Breakfast was included in our price and we enjoyed the selection. The staff were very easy to deal with and helpful. They held our luggage while we explored the Christmas market that was just a few steps away from the hotel.

Public parking is just a very short walk away from the hotel. It wasn’t a problem for us, but requires some steps to get up from parking which takes a bit of extra effort if you have a stroller.

Clean, large comfortable rooms and the hotel was well located near old town and close to public transport. The buffet breakfast was great. The bathroom was large with great lighting and mirrors and towel heaters were great. Only downside was there was no kettle in the room so we could not make a tea or coffee.

Very nice hotel. Our room with balcony overlooked the Mosel River and bridge and was adjacent to the most interesting part of the town.. Restaurant good for breakfast; served as cafeteria all day until 17h00. Breakfast included in room price (about E166 / night). Fridge in bedroom did not function correctly: temperature inside the fridge was the same as the room temperature which was warm (25C). Recommended.

Would have liked the staff to be more helpful regarding getting around to other places. For every little question I was referred to the tourist office. Not like other hotels.

The staff was wonderful and offered us a voucher to receive discounts throughout the town. The hostess spoke English and helped us with our reservation. And of course the breakfast was incredible! Right across the street from a good parking area as well.

It was a little farther from the Hahn Airport than I liked. I didn't have time to go exploring the area!
