Everything! Communication was amazing, staff answered my questions quickly through the app. Check-in was easy! I received the room number and pass code through email, could go straight to my room. Check out easy as well, just had to leave my room. Room was exceptionally clean, clean towels, bed was so comfortable and pillows were big and nice. Slept like a baby the whole night.

They no longer serve breakfast, so I recommend maybe buying something from a store before arriving. There was a TV but couldn't find the remote. Just minor things

Room was spotless, perfect place to stay for an early flight for a work trip but not a great location if you are planning on doing tourist activities in Frankfurt city center as it is two hours on a bus from here. The bus to the city is a two min walk from the hotel. Hotel room was spotless clean and beds very comfortable. No people in thus hotel, everything is automated by a screen at the door. Make sure your phone has battery or you won't be able to access your room. They send the room code via email when you check in.

If I didn't have my phone I couldn't access the room. There are no staff (or people) at this hotel. My credit card wouldn't work to pay when I got there and even though there was a phone number to contact if needed, no one answered it. It all works very smoothly though once you pay for the room, they email you your room code. No facilities here. No iron, no tea/coffee in room (there is a machine In the lobby).

This hotel is perfect for desperate people like us who fly from Frankfurt Hahn, as it's directly facing the airport. Although we arrived pretty late (around 9:30 pm), check-in was possible (and for NO extra fee) thanks to their machine that is available outside of opening hours. The room was nice and clean.

As expected, we didn't see any shops/food places in the area, so make sure you have supplies before you arrive here :) The hotel doesn't offer breakfast at the moment.

Great location right opposite airport doors. Did not see any staff. Check in on key panel and on room door. Good quiet basic clean room with good shower. ideal for a couple for one night. Was hot. Did not use air con but can open window

No staff on site if you have an issue. No food but vending machine in lobby or McDonald's in airport. Had to ask for check in number. They did reply quickly but would be good if they sent soon as payment made. Advise pay before you arrive to get the number in case of issue with pay machine on arrival

The hotel was literally in front of the airport. I was impressed with the self check in process which was very straightforward. The room was clean. There was no food at the hotel but the airport has a couple of spots you can buy food from.

I didn't like the fact that there was no food or even options of places outside the hotel that I could order from. I also didn't like that the vending machines were a bit difficult to operate. The QR code on the machine had faded and couldn't be read by my phone.

Everything was to my liking ! Love the location and the comfort. The beds are lovely!

No TV remote control in the room (always had to get up to change channels/volume and turn on/off the tv). 🚶‍♀️👉📺 (at least I burned some calories 😉) Shower needed a long time to get warm, unfortunately the water didn’t get really hot. 😢🚿🥶❄️ (skipped it! Was not that important after all😊) The heater was noisy 💥(but eventually did fall asleep and thankful for a warm/safe place to stay ). 😴🛌🥱🏨🙏

Very convenient and fast check in, I got access code in andvance and didn’t need any other actions. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Air conditioner was turned on so it was it was nice to enter the room after a long journey. McDonald’s is located opposite the hotel so you can have a nice and affordable shack. This hotel is very good option if you need to stay near the airport.

If someone’s flight arrives very late, this hotel is an ideal choice. It’s located across from the airport and easy to find. The rooms are not very large, but they are nicely furnished.

Unfortunately, breakfast is not available, but hopefully this will change in the future. The only issue is that the hot water runs out quickly during showers.

The hotel is in a perfect location right across the road from the airport hall. We arrived at 1am and got in without any problems with the code provided through the front door to the room. I was surprised by the hairdryer in the room and the cleanliness. We continued early in the morning. Our stay only lasted one night but I can recommend it.
