Loved the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing. I loved how the staff facilitated my girlfriends birthday. They gifted a bottle of wine as well. Unfortunately she forgot it in the fridge but we both loved the gesture. Accomodations were very good.

The only thing if I have to complain is the shower. If you turn it on the cable is to weak and because of the pressure the showerhead turns from side to side.

We had a room with a balcony and we loved it. We were able to watch the traffic on the river right in front of us. The reception staff was incredible. When we first arrived he directed us (in detail) where to park. Later in our stay I need an icepack for my back and he was so accommodating!

I thought the breakfast could use a few more fruit options. But having a breakfast option was very nice. We hadn't booked our room with breakfast, but when we arrived the receptionist asked if we'd like to add it so we did. I highly recommend adding breakfast to a room that offers it while traveling through Germany.

Amazing location, view, staff, and quality of the room. I would stay no other place if coming to stay in the area. Breakfast was great and pricing was perfect as well.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Close to everything, river Moselle, restaurants, attractions were all walking distance. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was grand, with choices of hot and cold options, delicious fresh breads, rolls, croissants, etc. and you could sit on the beautiful terrasse outdoor.

Unfortunately the walls are very thin and we could hear everything in the room nextdoor (they received a Facetime call late in the evening and we could hear their phone ring and the whole conversation, even with ear plugs!). The shower was fairly small. The parking options are a bit far from the hotel.

Breakfast was nice, friendly staff, very helpful. The view from the front room is nice, of course, as the river Mosel is beautiful. though a nice hotel, lots of wood (like in German hotels) and gives a bit of a dated impression. But for Cochem, yes, I can recommend this hotel.

I thought the room rate I paid was a bit high, but apparently it is busy on the Mosel in October. Parking is possible only 10 min walk from the hotel for 3,50 per night. Hotel will give you directions.

The hotel was conveniently located downtown near the river and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the view from the sauna terrasse was stunning.

Unfortunately, the WiFi in our room wasn't working during our stay. We communicated this with the staff at the front desk and they did their best to resolve the issue. Luckily, we were too busy enjoying the beautiful weather to really be impacted by the lacking WiFi and it did not have a negative impact on our stay.

Secure bike parking under hotel (only locked at night so bring a lock!). Very good breakfast.

Having prepaid and checked-in online it didn't seem necessary to have to do a long-winded self check-in at a terminal rather than just been handed a key. Particularly frustrating when the machine just hung.
