Great location, good breakfast, nice hotel personal. Parking garage (5 min walk) can be reserved at extra cost. The room is quiet when the window is closed.

It stated that the room has air condition, but the temperature wouldn't go lower than 25 C (own thermometer). We contacted the hotel staff and were told that temperature is locked at lowest 24 C. We had to open the window to get some cold air into the room.

Ordered a beer, took it outside and sat down. Waitress said if I ordered inside I should take in my room. And I should sit down outside and order outside if I wanted to drink outside. Huh? I am a guest and then told where I can drink my 6.50€ Bitburger? I repeat 6:50 for a f**king 0.4 liter Bitburger then get a lecture on where to drink the f**king piss. This "wasnt a problem". Oh yeah? So why we talking about it? So I asked if I could eat Breakfast outside...that was OK. aha. Interesting.

Very centrally located with easy access to the historic part of Cochem. Parking space can be reserved and it is definitely recommended to do so.

The check-in process was unnecessarily complex and it took a long time. Weird to see in this day and age, so set off some time for this. Also quite noisy in the morning if your room is not facing the river.

Delightful stay at your lovely hotel. Your staff was helpful with checking in. We don’t speak German and her English was excellent. Cochem is a beautiful City on the Mosel. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Cochemer Jungle.

Lovely location on the Mosel river, with great view of the river and the other side of the town. Parking conveniently in front of the hotel, and digital check-in and keys worked great for late evening arrival

Central location, great helpful staff, modern facilities, breakfast was solid.

Parking is way up the hill, kind of difficult since the road is pedestrian-only most of the day. Full balconies not available on Booking, only when booked direct :-(

Great location, nice large room, great breakfast & friendly staff.

Room can become warm even in November. Opening windows helps. However in summertime I imagine it can become quite warm.

Very practical location. The outdoor parking is fine and safe, I left the bike on the rack and I had no problem at all. The staff is very friendly.

The room: spacious clean, heating v pleasant nov

No hotel/ foyer, bar. No secure place to leave case on day of departure although this was offered in the brochure. A somewhat lax attitude when the fire alarm falsely went off

No Reception. Self service to check in. Very little staff available. Storage of luggage under tye stairs where it was visible to everybody.
