I like how tidy the place was and the location was close to Rawlings park.

Nothing physical, but what l will say is that when l got there initially they could not find my booking but after showing them my confirmation email and a particular code and waiting for a little while, my room was made ready.

The property was in a great location. Staff were VERY accommodating & helpful. 24 hr room service & bar. Pool was nice and there were life guards. There were local vendors in the lobby whom you could purchase goods from.

The Accra City Hotel was functional and comfortable and fully corresponded to my expectations and needs. I had a nice room on the 6th floor with a coffee machine and a nice bathtub. The hotel has a nice outdoor space and a 24/7 bar and kitchen with solid good food. I very much appreciated the breakfast, especially the fresh fruits. I can definitely recommend the Accra City Hotel, especially for work stays.

The hotel was not very helpful in arranging a weekend tourist tour out of town. They linked me with a taxi driver who overcharged. There is not much local character to the hotel and it is not possible to open the window, which was fine given the sweltering temperatures outside.

Front desk and Restaurant Staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Germain was exceptionally helpful at the Front desk.

I couldn't control temperature in my room. On the last day the AC was leaking . The window handle was broken, I couldn't open..

There was a bit of monotony with the food types. Some continental variation will help choices. I paid for breakfast on my day of arrival but did not have a take-away pack at early morning departure

No strong feelings, but the evening music sessions can be extended to at least 10pm

Very clean and comfy room with great wifi speed avaiable all the time. Good buuffet options for dinner and breakfast.

Room had metallic doors for bath, entrance etc, also there was strange double metallic door in middle of the room. Response on message via booking.com was very slow to almost none. No body showed up at ther airport for the requested shuttle service.

Staff very helpfull , location is very good

Air conditions were not cooling enough, breakfast very poor, dinner and lunch meat dishes were based on only pork and fish and chicken. There was no lamb nor beef

Breakfast and dinner were good but after a while, options seem repetitive.

I had problems with the safe and TV options were limited.

Lovely clean rooms. Staff were very helpful and professional. Offered late checkout (2pm) which was very helpful.

Comfortable, welcoming, clean and bustling with warmth and life.

We couldn't open our room window for fresh air.
