The property looks small but it has all the necessary things. The bedrooms are great, clean and nicely decorated. The bed is super comfortable and big, I don’t think I ever slept in a more comfortable bed in my life, I have difficulties with sleep, but after breakfast I would take a nap and it was wonderful. The bathroom is good too. I loved how the blinds in the window really work, so it was easy to sleep when it was light outside. There is a scale on the bedrooms, so it was a nice surprise. The Wi-Fi is good and the tv worked fine. The staff is nice and friendly too. There is a small gym and swimming pool. The location is great, it’s less than 10 minutes walk from the Kumasi Mall, so it makes it easy to shop, eat around and watch a movie.

The breakfast isn’t the best, just a few options but for one or two days it’s okay.

Only snome very minor things in the room design: there is no safety bar in the shower, and that would help for us older customers. The lack of an elevator requires walking up a flight of stairs, but staff was very helpful and carried our bags, so the lack of an elevator was not a problem

Absolutely loved the exceptional customer service and the friendliness of everyone especially Nana and Kofi. Thank you so much for making our visit so comfortable and feel like we were at home. We will definitely be making Frederick's lodge our home when in Kumasi. Absolutely appreciated all of the home comforts of a comfortable bed, great WiFi, great shower and delicious food to mention just a few. Loved the rooftop bar and the swimming pool.

Not really a negative more of a suggestion. The chef is great and the food is absolutely delicious so having more food options would be even better.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to in Ghana. It is spotless, clean and comfortable beds, delicious food, friendly and kind staff. If you are ever in Kumasi, this is the hotel for you.
