the view was great, the location was secluded from any other place and it was calm. the staff was very helping in facilitation things to do in Milos, and transportation to use. I think having a way of transportation car/atv is a must if you are staying here because it is a bit farther compared to the center of adamas, or a 20min ish walk, and there are no shops or markets near it, fyi. We rented an atv and it was perfect, very accessible, to everywhere, 15min drive to anywhere on the island.

It was INCREDIBLY CLEAN. Like spotless! Every day we would come home and I felt like a brand new room. Not a speck of dirt. We loved that it was so tranquil, quiet and scenic.

The location was okay for us because we had rented an ATV, but if you don’t have your own transportation, it is a far walk from the port (about 24 minutes) and there is not much around the property (which is why it’s so tranquil).

- fast and reliable wi-fi - fantastic bay view from the balcony: sitting there in the evening with a glass of wine/ouzo is close to nirvana - excellent large breakfast with several local and even home-made treats - family business (give your money to the Greeks!) - somewhat perfect location: Quiet, on top of a small hill a few hundred meters from the sea. Ideal to reach Adamants, Plaka, Sarakiniko, Mandrakia, Pollonia in a few minutes. Can walk to restaurants like O Hamos! and supermarkets.

Very nice family run guesthouse on the edge of Adamas in a very quiet area way from the business of the port. Kostas and his family were very welcoming and able to give suggestions for getting around Milos and helped me book my transfer to Pollonia. The rooms were cosy and had a lovely balcony with a part sea view and of the surrounding gardens. There are beaches a short walk away. Don't miss the O Hamas tavern very close by which had some of the best food on the island.

Not really a complaint as I was aware when I booked, keep in mind the hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk into town and around 20 minutes to the port/bus station so I'd highly recommend having transport unless you want to rely on taxis (€10 each way) especially after dark as the road into town isn't very suitable for walking. The upside was having a much quieter stay and lovely surroundings than in the center. The bathrooms were a little more dated than on the photos, although clean and functional.

We had a nice stay at Konstantinos! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff, clean room, a/c, parking, and the wonderful view from our room's balcony. The hotel also had some nice outdoor lounge and dining areas, but we had a brief stay, and didn't get the opportunity to utilize them. They were helpful in calling for a taxi to get to the port the next morning, and also offered suggestions for places to visit for our stay in Athens.

Can't think of anything- things went smoothly!

Staff really friendly, couldn't do enough to make sure all was good. Exceptionally clean, lovely bedding, especially the pillows. Great views of the inlet, could see the cruise ships when anchored. Second night was in a different room ( 6 ) on first floor, views even better. Perfect location just out of town but 2 mins on the quad bike. Very happy with my choice and if the owner wants his garden landscaped.... just call me.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was in a very quiet and beautiful part of Milos, near good restaurants and beaches. The staff are excellent. Kostas made us feel very welcome and greeted us with a big smile. Was a beautiful place to wake up to. My partner and I opted to walk or get buses everywhere. Was about 20-25 mins walk to town, 10mina to beach and O Hammas restaurant (which is worth a trip) and maybe 3 min walk to bus stop. We stayed in a garden view ground floor room. The view from the balcony was very pleasant.

Our room (ground floor garden view) was a little noisy. We could hear the people in the apartment above us, plus we were right next to the reception. This was only an issue in the evening and morning and didnt really disturb our sleep. The aircon was also quite noisy, seemed to only have one fan setting. But this was only an issue for me as I'm a very light sleeper. Apart from this it was excellent and I was very happy with my stay.

Room was very clean and had a great view of the sea with balcony. Helpful to have washing line outside also to dry clothes. Fridge also useful. Very helpful staff -- they went above and beyond with laundry, helping with a taxi for back in Athens and also holding on to luggage as we arrived at a weird time.

We never tried the food there (either for breakfast or dinner... not sure that was an option).

The place was quiet and away from the narrow streets of Adamas, which was nice! Our room had a great porch and the room was spacious and clean. Costas was so kind and informative. I left a couple of things in our room when we left and he worked to have them shipped to me. It was top notch customer service.

The steep gravel drive to get in and out of the parking area was sometimes difficult to navigate.
