The location was excellent for people with a car. Just a bit away from the bigger towns and close walking distance from a nice not too crowded beach. Also even closer walking distance to a very popular (crowded) small beach with caves. The facilities were very nice and exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable. The 2 staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good enough for my wife and I. By car it only took 5 minutes to drive to Pollonia and about 10 to either Plaka or Adamantas.

Couldn't have been better. The wife loved it. Just watch out for 3 hour parking at the main port. Cost us a 20 euro parking ticket when we took an all day boat cruise. Gave the car rental agency the 20 euro for them to take care of the ticket. I imagine they are used to this.

Extremely kind and attentive people - they are very easy to work with and will make sure you have a great stay! The breakfast is a filling, healthy spread and good way to fill up before the day. The views from the rooms are exceptional and it is very quite and calm.

You must have a rental car / scooter / ATV / etc. for this hotel. It is a 1.5 hr walk to Adamantes and a 1 hr walk to Pollonia. I did both of these walks but it's hard because the sun is hot and the road does not have a sidewalk

Unit#1 was an efficient layout with a small back outdoor space with a table/4 chairs which had a sea view. Daily cleaning which was appreciated. The main bedroom was upstairs -- AC was quick to cool the whole unit. The continental breakfast was amazing - elegantly presented and everything you could want including freshly squeezed orange juice. The location was easy to access everything (by car) but also quiet, rural, by the seaside. The apartment had an easy walk to the caves and swimming nearby -- but get out and take a memorable boat tour! The host was very kind and welcoming.

We booked for aa family of 4 -- albeit last minute for a 3 night stay. Unit#1 is a split level and would be spacious for a couple with an additional living space. For us, the living space was converted to 2 extra single beds which was also the room by the front door. I guess we were initially surprised by this. Cozy vs. cramped for a family of 4, but really in the end -- it served our needs just fine, and this was soon forgotten by the wonderful breakfast the next day! Plus it's all about getting outdoors and experiencing Milos for its beautiful beaches and towns.

Great location, nice and quiet and a short drive from all the main beaches/fishing villages. Ionna and Crissa were very welcoming and made sure our every need was met. Breakfast was delicious, and Athena the hotel cat was the cutest!!

The view from the room was beautiful and from the breakfast area as well.

The shower was not that clean needs a rénovation. Also the breakfast was quite standard, hot beverages are from a machine and the quality of the food is not that good comparing to the price of the hotel, except for the Greek yogurt amazing.

The staff was super helpful - on our first day, the woman at reception - I believe her name was Eleni - went through a map of Milos with us, showing us the beaches worth visiting, and those worth skipping on our short stay, and also gave us recommendations for restaurants and places with good views throughout the island. They were kind enough to do a load of laundry for us, since we'd just come from vacationing in another area of Europe, and the price were very reasonable. I think €8 a kilo, and they had it all nicely folded and brought it back to us. Very nice room, with a great view of the sea off our front balcony, and a nice balcony off the back of the room as well. The bed was very comfortable. They provided anything you could think to need - corkscrew, espresso maker, water kettle and tea, plates, flatware, a milk frother, what looked like a sandwich press (though we didn't use that), hair dryer, makeup remover cloths, beach towels, you name it. Very considerate of their guests. Wifi was strong - better than some other hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast was a sort of continental buffet, and had fruit, pastries, eggs, cereal, yogurt, all the staples. We only went one morning, but enjoyed it! We had rented a car, which I think was a good thing, since it was a little far away from some things if you didn't have one. But for us it was perfect - not too busy of an area.

The counter space is a little limited in the bathroom, so getting ready in there was not overly convenient for my wife, but there is a nice desk and chair out in the room that worked well. One light in our room flickered on and off throughout our stay, which was mildly annoying, but we mostly left the curtains open and let in the sunlight instead of turning on the lights, so we really only noticed it at night. I'm sure they would have fixed it if we'd mentioned it - we just didn't really think to because it was such a time-limited issue. Overall, really nothing of any significance, and certainly nothing that would prevent us from returning.

Great communication with Ilias , at the checkin we got a welcome bottle of water ( the water is not drinkable on the island). The hotel has a great space for parking, The breakfast is complete and good. The hotel is 6 min by car to Pollonia, great place for restaurants, and around 12/16 min by car to Adamas and Plaka, great for sunset, restaurants and markets.

Although the shower is well done and with a nice water pressure, the showerhead should have a support to dont have to keep it all the time during the shower.

the location was perfect as a base for exploring Milos. (you need to rent your own transport to get to multiple beaches, sights and eating at great restaurants) the staff at AvraP were very helpful and responsive for all our enquiries. our room had spectacular views and was very comfortable to stay in. we will stay here the next time we come to Milos!

Definitely overpriced for what you get… After stays on Naxos, Santorini and Lesbos the “sea view” rooms were unimpressive…
