We wanted to take a moment to extend our deepest thanks for the truly wonderful experience we had at Villa Notos. From the moment we arrived, your warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel not only welcomed but cherished. You are, without a doubt, one of the sweetest and most gracious hosts we’ve ever met. Always smiling, always courteous, and ever so helpful — your cheerful “Good morning! Did you sleep well? Are you enjoying your stay?” became something we looked forward to each day. A special thank you to Arune, who kindly helped with our very heavy luggage — and did so with such grace and a smile, even while carrying both of our suitcases down four flights of stairs! Our room was beautiful, with breathtaking views and a charming, spacious atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. Everything was spotless, fresh towels were provided daily, and breakfast was a delight — we especially loved the delicious homemade pies and fresh coffee each morning. You and your team made our time in Milos truly unforgettable. We will absolutely recommend Villa Notos to anyone visiting the island, and we already can’t wait to return. Lena’s Villa is so charming, like your grandmother’s cottage by the beautiful beach. She was so happy to help make the bed more comfortable for us, and eager to know how she could make our stay even better. We greatly appreciated the map she gave us and her restaurant and beach recommendations. She even gave us her number to text on WhatsApp and allowed an extra hour for late checkout.

Unfortunately despite 6 routers and much effort on Lena’s part, the internet never worked during our three day stay. Additionally booking.com advertises outdoor space for the junior suite we booked, but there was none for our room.

Lena’s expertise of and connections on the island were invaluable. Upon check-in, she debriefed us on the best tourist attractions, restaurants, boating excursions, rental car services, etc. on the island. We visited on Easter Sunday when buses weren’t running and transportation was limited. Lena called her taxi contacts until she found someone available to drive us to Sarakiniko beach. By the time we were ready to return to the hotel, taxis were more limited, so she even called upon one of her airport shuttle contacts to pick us up. She made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay!

Our hostess was there to greet us off a late ferry, met us the next morning to gives us a rundown on things to do, most of which we did and had a wonderful time in Milos, helped me make arrangements for my next stop and was the highlight of the stay except the room and terrace was spectacular. The property overlooks the part of the bay facing the gap the boats leave the bay and across from a large mountain. A small beach across the street was used by families. Our room had the large terrace with a porch swing, lounge chairs, breakfast table, a view across the bay and big tree that provided shade in the afternoon. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom good, but the location, hostess and terrace was exceptional.

There are steps to Villa and the rooms, which were nice for photos but are a challenge for visually impaired.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Notos! As a family of four (children aged 9 & 5) the location and ease of getting to the villa (only a few minutes walk once you exit the port - no transfer needed!), proximity to beautiful restaurants, local store and bakery, and the sweetest little beach literally across the road from the villa, we had everything and more. There are steps up to the top villa (we had help with our luggage), and host Lena was absolutely wonderful with anything we needed! Best of all, every morning we were offered freshly made coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and Lena’s incredible home made Greek cake that she would bake each morning, that we would enjoy on a generously sized balcony with uninterrupted views. Thank you Lena for your hospitality and now our love for Milos as our most favourite of all the Greek islands we’ve visited.

The place is very charming. The place I stayed was a deluxe suit with a balcony overlooking a beach. The lady owner is very sweet and kind . She sends guests a good morning. Hello, she called in the form of coffee and baked goods. The coffee was one of the best. I tasted with the pound cake it was delicious. She even offered to do my laundry for free. Superb hospitality! She also gave us some recommendations we very much enjoyed and appreciated! Thank you, Lena, for making our vacation memorable.

I love everything

The location was amazing, easy to take buses around the island, and Lena (the host and owner) gives all the instructions :) And the people truly make this place special, feels like you’re staying at your grandma’s countryside, where you are a very welcomed guest! If I have a chance to go back to Milos, I will definitely stay at villa Notos again! Thank you so much!

Not a thing, everything was just perfect!

We were fortunate to have a room on the first floor. The room was very clean. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. The room was spacious and felt like a cottage. While we did not order a breakfast, the owner provided complementary warm pastry. She also answered all our questions and provided guidance on sightseeing and restaurants. The ferry terminal is about 400 yards down the shore. The land excursion pick - up was literally at our front door. Would stay again for sure!!! Very comfortable!

I was sad that I had not booked a longer stay.

We stayed at Villa Notos for 8 nights and wish we never had to leave. Our host Lena was kind, generous and had so much information to share about the island. She helped us arrange a rental car when we arrived and provided coffee and breakfast every morning even though it wasn’t included in our package through Booking.com. It felt like we were being taken care of by family which was the best part for us. Our room was also cleaned every day and we were supplied with fresh beach towels when we needed them. We stayed in the penthouse apartment and the view from our veranda was amazing. Overall, we have no complains at all and will definitely be back soon.

Lena is a great host! Always ready to help. Happy to assist with any query, but best of all are the fresh coffee and breakfast treats in the morning. Location is perfect for Adamnas. Nice clean and cozy rooms.

Only issue, since rooms are next to each other you may hear all the noises in the rooms. But this is due to the isolaiton structure of the building from the past. The steps up to the top level apartments might be a challenge for some people but they have Mark to help you!
