At first we got an old room and it was not to our taste... we upgraded to a suite with a private pool and the room was amazing, decorated and modern, clean and just perfect! The service of the staff and especially Elani from the reception was excellent! The hotel beach was also perfect. On some days we went out to eat in taverns in the town which were excellent.

The food was okay compared to the fact that it is prepared in large masses. We didnt want to eat at the hotel in all our stay, so we chose to eat at the local taverns within walking distance of the hotel, which are highly recommended.

The food was great. Large selection and good quality. The beach way also very good, beautiful bay, good chairs, quite, clean and organized The staff was super nice and always greeting you and happy to help.

The beds were a bit too soft, and not supporting so well. But still, we had a mood night sleep. We were visiting at the end of the summer (October), so the water in the pools were a bit cold for us. Maybe of the could heat up the water, that would add a great value. The floors in the residence corridors need to be cleaned more often, as some dirt and things gets accumulated there on the floor.

1. spacious and clean rooms (we stayed in two rooms as we moved once) 2. the bigger size rooms are perfect for families with a child or more, as the main bedroom part is separated by a door from the ''living room'' where the baby can sleep 3. excellent choices of food, most of it varied every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Desserts were great too! Put on an extra 3 kg so that says something! 4. very friendly and helpful personnel at the reception, the drivers that took us to our room on multiple occasions, bar staff etc. 5. nice to have entertainment in English although for us this was a bit too late in the evening having a small toddler, but great if your kid is older (there is entertainment in German too but is exclusive to German speaking guests though) 6. nice to have access to private beach and towels given by the hotel (I must say though that in reality the beach is a lot smaller than it looked like in the pictures, however there was always space to sit on a bed, so no problem there)

1. initially we were given a room in the Ilios building, facing the entertainment area. It was quite noisy until 23:30 (luckily the baby was sleeping in the separate area which was further from the windows, but for us it was disturbing, hence we asked for another room) 2. above floor 1 of Ilios building there is a restaurant and from early morning until evening you could hear people dragging the chairs along the floor. Not the hotel's fault if guests don't have some etiquette, but it added to the noise we faced in this room. 3. the juice offer was very poor (very sugary and artificially coloured, far from natural juices). I would strongly recommend the management to reconsider the juice offers with some that are better quality

The room was enormous! So comfortable for a longer stay with little lounge room area and balcony, also comfortable beds and dark for sleeping. The resort was massive - a gentleman drove us to our room on a golf buggy haha. The reception staff were so lovely and friendly and helped with anything and everything... including our sending our pillows of choice to our room for trial. There were so so many pools, bars and restaurants to choose from. The food was excellent - how they produce so much of such delicious food is beyond me. The beverages included on the all-inclusive were excellent too, bar man at the pool bar and lady at the Greek taverna were the absolute loveliest! The activities including the tennis and transfers to nearby beaches was also great.

Couldn't really fault much as it was all so great! Only thing would be the beach chair hogging - we went down after breakfast and every single chair on both beaches had towels/belongings on them .. except over 50% were empty, and the water/beach certainly didnt have that many people swimming so its quite clear people were 'reserving' them for themselves. Unfortunately despite visiting throughout the day and afternoon, it was much the same so we didnt actually get to go to the beach during our stay. We spoke to the lovely reception ladies, and there are signs about requesting the above not occur however unfortunately people are not abiding by the resort rules. This is not their fault though so thank you Porto Angeli for a great stay :))

Perfect resort for families with children. The place is huge and caters for kids of all ages. Location is lovely as it’s a fairly quiet place and has everything you need on a holiday. No real need to leave the property. The beach is lovely, water is crystal clear and calm…perfect for relaxing and spend the day with the family. The staff were lovely, especially the reception team, who went above and beyond with our every need. We requested a room change because we have a young baby in a pram and our original room was only accessible by stairs and we got moved as soon as they could do it. The team also sent a complimentary sparkling wine bottle as we were celebrating our anniversary, which was a great touch. Rooms are functional and fairly comfortable. The waiting staff at the restaurant as well as the bar staff were incredible, always so friendly and helpful.

The attitude of some of the seating staff at the restaurant could be improved. Unfortunately, because of us staying there at the start of the season, only one restaurant was available. The food quality at the pool snack bar could be better.

According to Peter and Lyudmila, who were guests of the hotel on my booking: It's a beautiful area with plenty of places to go for a walk. Attentive, polite and responsive staff - not a single request of ours was left unresolved. Varied food in the restaurant, we also enjoyed dinner in the tavern - it was an opportunity to get acquainted with greek cuisine (dinner must be booked in advance). We had the best holiday experience - we want to come back next year.

There were no scheduled excursions (of course, it was the end of October). But the staff helped us to call a taxi to go to Lindos on our own.

The staff were very helpful. We arrived a day late as our flights had been cancelled. When we arrived they said go and get some lunch we can book you in later. They answered all our questions and everyone from reception, to the restaurant staff and spa team were so helpful and patient. The restaurant and options of where to dine was good. The beach was lovely and clean. Nice touch to have drink machines at the beach. Loved that there were plenty of bins on the beach and recycling options were encouraged

Beach towels were provided and the rules where you couldn't reserve a sun bed around the pool or beach till 10am but this was ignored and not policed. This made it nearly impossible to get a bed on the beach at 10am as they had already been reserved

The location is perfect. Rooms are clean and upgraded, beautiful lobby, clean pools, variety of food and drinks in all inclusive program. Very good entertainment in the evenings, nice singers, great music and show. Stegna perfect location has beautiful beach but you need shoes for the beach, as there are very sharp stones. Umbrella and sunbed included to the price are great. A lot of kids and entertainment for the kids.

The staff were very friendly and were always available to help with anything our room was kept to a high standard every day

Extremely hilly which we should have researched but didn’t bother us too much for the suits guest we feel having our own cart to get to the top and bottom would have been great. We feel that even thought the tall trees at Gea suites allows for privacy we would of love to have more of a sea view from the suites pool but it was still amazing

Everything in the resort is just perfect. Location is gorgeous, the facilities are incredible. The room we were in was extremely beautiful with our own pool. Every inch of the hotel was perfectly clean anytime of the day, you could see staff maintaining all the time so everything would be great. Both restaurants and bars worked also perfectly with really good quality food and drinks. Even the snaks at the pool bar were delicious. Everyone in the staff were great. An special mention for Antonio, waiter at the pool bar. As soon as he knew we were Spanish, he used our language with us and was really kind and professional. The private beach was also really good. Far better than what we expected. With comfortable beach beds and also drinks and coffee at the beach. We absolutely liked everything!!!
