I really liked the pool, it is just great, exotic thanks to all banana trees and other palms etc. Staff was nice, we needed baby chair and they brought it to our room within few minutes. In the kitchen there was all necessary stuff like microwave owen, pots, dish soap, dish-washing sponge...

The apartment has very old windows and they do not reduce the noise from the street. Apartment is next to the bar, where they play music until 1AM. You can sing Mamma Mia lying in your bed with closed window. Also, beds are not 200cm long, but only 190cm so if you are tall, it is not for you.

For me the most important factors when I travel is that I have all the basics, essentials, there is comfort, and also the human factor. I have to say that the owners George and his son Panayotis were incredible and supportive, always helping, always responding and supporting. If we needed anything or had questions about the room, or something wasn't there or working, it was fixed or provided straight away. We were two single women travelling with children, with no car and out of season so we had to walk everywhere, and on a few occasions Panayotis would pass us by and give us a lift, or even wait for us so he could take us home. It felt very special and like we were part of the family. In the room we had a fan/heater, a cooker (so we could cook our own food), everything was working well, and we could have dinner or lunch with the local greek wine outside at the table. There were cafes and small shops outside and a bakery nearby, even out of season, so we could always have spring water and supplies. We loved our stay there, and would come back - and the value for money was amazing also.

After a 5 day stay, the first thing that comes in mind is the staff. Everyone was as caring as possible and did their best to make you feel like home, making sure that your visit is perfect. The pool is top quality where you can order from a bar with the biggest selection of juices, smoothies and cocktails I have seen. One of them is served in a whole pineapple. 10/10

Only thing I would try to improve upon is the amenities in the rooms themselves, such as newer furniture, sinks, faucets, etc.

We loved maro apartments very clean and great service. We will definitely be back.

The only thing I would say could be improved is the mattresses as I found them to be quite hard and lunpy

Maid service wasn't quite dependable and we had to buy our own toilet rolls after the first two rolls

The pool is stunning, staff are very friendly and the food at the Bouyata taverna was excellent!

A lovely very large apartment. Lovely people who run the place including the bar and restaurant, which was our favourite in Arillas. The Bouyata restaurant was fantastic should be number 1 on TripAdvisor.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like, would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was excellent and different from usual , good location and car parking

The shower was a poor standard and the kitchen lacked the basics for cleaning

Everything about Maro Apartments exceeded our expectations, from the friendly greeting, fantastic hosts, location, cleanliness and drinks/food. We had a fantastic time and couldn't have asked for better.

The length of our stay wasn't long enough !!
