The food was amazing nothing you couldn't eat!y daughter gluten free & had everything for her too! The service was incredible staff couldn't do enough !

The hotel food staff service totally exceeded my expectations. If there was anything it would be nice to have a shuttle bus to town in evening. But local one easy to get & a taxi.

It was close to the airport and the old town. Easy access to the port to visit other places. Friendly staff all of the time. Clean hotel, lots of sunbeds and places to relax, the beach was good to have.

The facilities on offer were good such as tennis courts however the equipment was very poor quality, the tennis rackets were terrible, basically broken, you could not play with them, the tennis balls just as bad. There was a football pitch but no football to play with. Considering it was a five star hotel and there were lots of useful activities to use, you would think someone would keep an eye on the equipment required to play with and spend a couple of hundred euros on buying new sporting equipment to use these facilities. I have never been to a five star hotel where i had to go into a room with one iron where everyone in the hotel has to line up to iron their clothes. For five star if i wanted to use an iron and iron board in my room that should be possible.

The food was great, full of local flavours and with a great choice. The place was very clean with lovely details, I loved the high quality design of the room and the dining areas. There is a great children’s play area with a pool which we found very useful for looking after our autistic son and actually being able to relax at the same time :-). We highly recommend the place and wish to come back!

The breakfast selection was massive....from eggs and bacon to yogurt, a huge variety of fruit and pastries, sweets, cheeses and much much more..It was impossible to try everything!!!! Also, I was pleasantly surprised that all the food and drinks was included in the price, all day!!! They also had a spa on the premises for a relaxing massage or facial!!! We had a wedding so I asked if we could get a hairdresser to come to the hotel. The girl at the front desk, Dora, called around and organised it for us!!! Nothing was a problem!!!!

The location is fabulous - from the port, from the airport and to Corfu Old Town! The views are spectacular and it has an amazing feeling of being in nature with the sea with the Corfu and Albanian hills in the distance. Whilst there, it always felt like there was lots of space around the pools, in the garden or on the beach. It also had the best quality sun loungers we’ve had anywhere - very comfy! Our room was great for a family of 4 - we have two teenagers so the partition sliding door between the two was good and they had proper beds rather than sofa beds so worked well for us. The sea view from our room was amazing! Food was good - we loved the Japanese fusion restaurant and we don’t drink alcohol so was nice to see a good choice of non-alcoholic cocktails, beer and even a 0% gin. Would highly recommend a trip into Corfu Old Town - go late afternoon after the cruise ships have left. You can take the bus from opposite the hotel (line 7) for 2 Euros per person each way.

We stayed for a week and felt as if the buffet would have been a bit repetitive if we’d been there for 2 weeks. Coffee wasn’t great so maybe upgrading the coffee machines! It stated everywhere that sunloungers could not be reserved with towels but they were. If you went looking for a sun lounger after breakfast at say 10am, all the pool ones were gone - luckily there were others on the beach and on the grass but if you are a family with young children and want to be by the pool - something to bear in mind.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, everything was sparkling clean, and the room was large and luxurious. Housekeeping was excellent they cleaned daily and restocked the minibar. Food was available all day long with great buffet meals, and the bar was open with a wide selection of drinks almost anytime. The hotel staff were always smiling, kind, and helpful. We stayed for 9 days and chose this hotel mainly because of its central location in Corfu it's easy to reach any part of the island within about an hour, and it's also close to the airport. Every evening there were activities and shows, and the hotel's restaurants were truly excellent. We also rented a boat from the beach a super fun and highly recommended experience for anyone who enjoys snorkeling and sea adventures! We rented a car directly through the hotel as well the service was great and we got a brand-new car, which made it super convenient to explore the island. At the end of each day, we found ourselves excited to return to the hotel it really felt like home.

The beach could be better there was quite a bit of seaweed, so we ended up spending more time exploring other beaches on the island.

Amazing food, friendly staff, variety of animation and evening programme, short car ride from the airport. Clean pool with enough sunbeds. Hotel has a shop that is useful for small things so you won't need to go to the city for these

I booked a dinner at Fiki restaurant for 1 person and ask waitress if portions are small in the set menu because list of dishes was long. She told me yes, but it turned out almost all dishes were to share for 2 people and it was too much for 1 person. I feel like it's a food waste and will be great to have an option in the menu for 1 person.

The accommodations offer spacious and aesthetically pleasing rooms, complemented by a terrace with sea views. Culinary experiences are exceptional, with diverse options available daily. Both the Japanese and Greek restaurants provide outstanding service and menus. Furthermore, the pool area is well-maintained, and the garden with sunbeds offers an ideal setting for relaxation. Service is exceptional.

My recent stay at this establishment left me somewhat disappointed, particularly regarding the condition of the private beach. Despite the hotel's claims of luxury service, the beach experience fell significantly short of expectations. The beach area itself appeared poorly maintained, lacking the cleanliness one anticipates at this level of accommodation. Unfortunately, the sand was extensively littered with an abundance of sea grass, detracting from the overall aesthetic. This impacted the ability to fully enjoy the otherwise beautiful coastal setting. I believe that improvements in beach maintenance are crucial for aligning with the high standards promoted by this hotel. This aspect greatly needs urgent attention to ensure a truly premium guest experience.

The food didn’t meet our expectations

We stayed at this hotel for a special celebration, and it was definitely the right choice. The staff surprised us with a celebration cake, champagne, and a kind message, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a stunning view. Enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching the scenery was a real highlight. The food was abundant and varied, offering something for everyone. The location is excellent—very close to the center—and you can catch a bus right in front of the hotel to reach every part of the island. If you like pools and are traveling with children, this hotel is even more suitable. It also has a private beach, though I wouldn’t say the sea is the most enjoyable for swimming. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Almost every night, the hotel organized different entertainment programs, which made the evenings fun and lively. Would we stay here again? Definitely yes!

There were water sports and boat rental options available, but the prices were much higher compared to other parts of the island. For sea lovers, it might be a bit disappointing.
