Rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained, friendly staff.

Neighbours have a dog that's usually on the street and quite aggressive. Not great if you don't have a car

New established apartments complete with large swimming pool. some executive apartments had access to private swimming pool. All staff were very friendly and were able to assist with all queries in an informative and friendly manner. There is an easy 5 minute walk to the main road where buses frequently head into the main square. Getting home from Corfu centre is very easy and the same bus drops adjacent the 5 minute walk back to hotel. Free breakfast with room is very good and a great start to the day. Taxi from airport 30 euro (August 2022)

As the property is new there was a couple of issues with shower drainage but was easily fixed. An information pack would be useful to inform what is in local area, hotel facilities and rules etc but this will come in time. Additional tea towel would be useful to wipe up any mess from the coffee machine. No teabags were available but staff happy to provide additional ones at breakfast.

The hotel was excellent. The pool, sun loungers and poolside bar were lovely, we particularly enjoyed the lunch offered by the pool. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and were particularly helpful in helping organise a car rental for us, and providing a late checkout. Location wise the hotel is situated in a quite area with beautiful views from the rooms, however there is a bus station about a 15 minute walk away that brings you straight down to corfu.

It is worth noting that the hotel is situated at the top of a large hill.

We loved everything, the staff were so friendly. The 2 female receptionists were outstanding. All 3 were very helpful. The restaurant/bar staff were also fantastic. As were housekeeping and all the others, everyone was friendly and smiling Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the pool, the food was good and the view from my bedroom was beautiful. The walk to the main road is about 15 minutes but there is a great restaurant there.

For me it was personnel things that I struggle with in every hotel I go to, the pillow (but that was just me and I got used to it half way through the week) and the lights at night which have to be on outside the room!!!! The hotel itself was lovely these were just personnel things that do not reflect on the quality of our stay or the hotel and the staff.

The accommodation is of a significantly high nature - the Executive room with large balcony, own pool and sun lounger and table and chairs is an excellent space set out to a high standard. Overall a lovely boutique style stay of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend

The only real point would be it’s more remote location - but in a way that can be seen as an advantage, lovely, peaceful and high quality hotel. Having a car is beneficial given it’s positioning up a track road - but if you’re ok with that this is an excellent place to stay. Would also point out the location itself is well placed for Corfu town, airport, Gouvia and Waterland….all no more than 20 ‘mins away by car

Brand new construction, great rooms and facilities, especially the breakfast room (nice and open, surrounded by large windows), the pool and bar area. Great staff, very nice and professional. Room was large, nice balcony, multifunction AC, large SmartTv, great modern bathroom and shower. Lots of parking inside the hotel, safe and lit. 10min drive to the city center and main roads, so great base for exploring beaches by car. Varied and high quality breakfast, the most perfectly cooked eggs I've seen at a buffet.

Only the road access to the property is a often single lane road, but that was normal in Corfu. Nothing the property can do about it. Definitely need to have a car.

The room was modern, super clean and comfy. The grounds we also really well kept, and the view from our room was amazing. We really liked the location as it was remote and close to a sandy beach- you would need a car though to get around if you weren’t comfortable walking 15 minutes or so to local restaurants. The staff were always really helpful and kind.

The poolside music needs a change up, the same songs on loop were irritating at times. The drinks are a little expensive, but that’s ok !

The breakfasts were very good, lots of choice, and very friendly staff who were very helpful. The location was good for us, it was very quiet which we loved. The pool area was lovely with a pool bar, plenty of sunbeds but there was only about 6-8 people there at a time. The staff made our holiday so enjoyable, very friendly, helpful and loved to chat with us, telling us places to go to visit.

The only negative we can think of is the road leading to the hotel, bit bumpy in places, but not really a problem.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly! With 20 rooms, the size of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Kontokali beach is a 5 minute walk, with a view over the Corfu Town and the Fortress. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too but a car adds so much flexibility on Corfu.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the hotel very much.
