Our stay was fantastic, but what made it even more of a great memory were the extremely helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for making our holiday so special. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. The room was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities we would expect of a 4 star hotel let alone a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was lovely and had a lovely choice for all tastes, oh and the cocktails at the bar..... well just amazing. Hotel policy about check in at 15h even when the room is ready and cleaned for new guests is really disrespectful, rigid and very stupid. When there are guests who came with some early flight and you let them sit for more than 7 hours at the reception even though the room is ready is more than disrespectful leaving guests with such a sour taste and experience. Policy is ok when there are no rooms but knowing the fact that there is a ready room for guests is stupid and deserves bas mark.

I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. We arrived in the morning, many hours before the standard check-in time. We were able to use the bathroom and relax by the pool until our room was ready (and we could have checked in earlier anyway). The room was spotlessly clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The hotel's location is very good - close to the marina, beach and bus stop. There are also various good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options to choose from. The bartender served very good cocktails. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of choices to cater to every taste. One of the standout features of this hotel is the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local activities or ensuring our room was always in perfect condition, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.

The rooms were big and very clean, good airconditioning and nice bathroom. The pillows were very nice and everything needed was in the room. There was a very nice man with a ponytail behind the reception who was always ready to assist and very kind, so our compliments to him. The location was pretty good, but it is still best to get a scooter or car to get around the island. There is a scooter rental behind the hotel and many restaurants near. The staff (one exception) was very kind to us, especially the girls at the bar.

We did not like the way we were “welcomed”, there was a women with curls behind the reception who came over as moody/ annoyed. She was like this during the whole stay. Do not expect to check in early during high season, because even if you come back to the reception at check-in time they will make you wait another 10 minutes. It is not really possible to relax near the pool area from 6pm onwards, they will remove the sunbeds and tell you the pool is closed.

My first comment has to be for the staff. I have never met someone as kind and as prepared as Thanos, he truly added value to our staying. He was always smiling, ready to offer recommendations and kind words. Bravo! The hotel looks new and our room was cleaned everyday which was highly appreciated. Best feature: the breakfast. Absolutely amazing, international and greek as well. Everything tasted fresh and home-made. It can be eaten inside the hotel or by the pool, which is nice (even though it was HOT, even in the early morning!) We never tried the restaurant but the cocktails were very well balanced! The position was perfect for visiting the best spots in the north and west of the island, Corfu is quite big so we rented a scooter and I feel like Telesilla was in a good position for our trips. Also, it's like 10 mins away from Corfu Town which was lovely.

Most rooms overlook the pool, meaning we had to keep our curtains closed at all times and we never really got to use our small balcony (except for drying our towels). Luckily the noise was never a problem thanks to the soundproofing windows: even when there was a bit of partying outside (including the Europe's final match) we managed to sleep. The room is really quite small, and unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable, at least for me. Besides, we would often smell something slightly off in our room, but I fear this is a problem of the island itself, not just this hotel. The pool is nice but it is really small and can only be used until 6/7 pm because then they have to set tables for dinner.

Lovely modern and clean property. The staff are amazing. Everyone at the Reception was helpful. The service they provide is more than 3star. Good breakfast and the restaurant seemed also great, although I haven't eaten there. Bed is very comfy and room includes tea and coffee making facility and good hairdryer:) The hotel is in a bit run-down location on the busy main road, but once you step in, the feeling changes. Beach is about 10-15 minute walk away. Bus stops for blue and green buses are next to the hotel, so it's easy to get around the island. Taxis are very expensive! Hotel is a few minutes walk to Kontokali village where you can find great local restaurants. Thank you Telesilla!

The breakfast included with our stay was really good. The pool is not really big but it's definitely enough for occasional swimming, sunbathing and enjoying drinks by the pool. The cocktail bar was really good with lots of variety and great drinks. It's not really in the city center so the restaurants nearby provide really good food for very affordable prices. There is a nice sandy beach (Kontokali Beach) in a 15 minute walk from the property.

The property is not really in the city, so you have to take a bus to reach the city center. It takes around 15 minutes with a bus. Also we recommend to rent a car to visit the beaches around because there are very limited beaches that you can reach by bus or on foot.

The hotel's staff at the reception, bar, pool are fantastic. They truly made the stay pleasant. The hotel is located within 15-min walk to the beach with nothing really around. Staying by the pool and having amazing dinner at the hotel are the best option in the neighborhood. The staff helped to book a boat tour for Paxos for a reasonable price. The bus stop is right next to the hotel that makes it easy to make it to Corfu old town. It takes around 30 min to get there.

The rooms are clean, though tired. They face either to the pool area, which turns to a restaurant in the evening with loud music. Other rooms face a busy road. The staff is amazing, however, the manager with curly hair barely greets customers and, overall, unapproachable that ruins the impression.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very professional. Based on the other guests that were staying at the hotel, a lot of them were returning tourists that came back to enjoy Corfu. The breakfast was amazing.

We were a group of friends that traveled by car. While the hotel stated that they had available parking, they actually only had 4 reserved parking spots, which were almost always occupied. While we were able to park in front of the hotel, maybe this part can be improved, at least in communicating it on the Booking site, or coming up with a solution for the guests for a safe parking spot.

Close to the marina which was our main reason for booking here. Fantastic staff make you feel so welcome - Thanos on reception always friendly and so enthusiastic, Michael in the bar/restaurant and owner Makis show the benefits of staying at a well run family hotel. Restaurant food was really good especially dinner. Theo Paphitis (UK Dragons Den) ate there 1 night😊. Breakfast varied and included hot options. Cocktails were excellent.

Room and bathroom quite small with limited storage but fine for our short stay.
