An amazing 12 nights spent at Folies and we will definitely be back! The studio was so spacious and beautifully designed, and were cleaned/towels replaced every other day. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need for basic cooking, which is all we required. There is also a mini freezer compartment in the fridge which we appreciated for ice cubes/ice creams. The grounds were beautiful, and the pool was great- the bar staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us. After reading the negative reviews about the pool bar staff, we were worried before arriving, but the two gentlemen couldn’t have been nicer. Food/drinks were very reasonably priced and delicious. All staff we came in contact with were very kind and attentive, and when we had a small issue late at night they came and resolved it immediately! You can hear the planes, but we didn’t find it bothersome and we took no notice after the first few times. The location was ideal- close to the airport and old town. City Bus system is great- €2 per person from outside the bakery into old town, and fairly reliable with only a couple of delays throughout our whole stay! We loved the live tracker for the city buses too. Limit taxi use when possible as €15 into old town. We were allowed to store our luggage and use the pool facilities on our departure day which we appreciated.

The road is busy but we didn’t find it a big deal at all. Aslong as you are careful it’s completely fine. Nothing else negative to say

Lovely hotel apartments, flexibility of self catered but with pool on site and helpful friendly staff was just what we wanted. Despite being just off a busy main road the apartments are on a lovely complex. We had a garden view which we especially loved. Location was good for a couple of casual restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies and a bakery nearby. Very convenient for Corfu town if you get the buses right!

We went in September and the pool bar opening times were hit and miss (definitely not 24 hours as stated in some places online). We also found the buses to be a little unreliable. Only one per hour and quite busy roads to walk on for 30 mins if you miss one, so definitely be prepared to plan around the timetable, and use the real time tracker online as they were often late. Very cheap and convenient once they arrive though.

Lovely staff both at front desk and housekeeping - great communication from the start - fab pool - plenty of sun Loungers - bar area was clean and good choice of food & drink Great location for old town - cafe bakery supermarket and busstop on doorstep!

Unfortunately there is a distinct lack of utensils, cooking bits bowls chopping boards knives plugs for sink so forget using facilities for catering. Plus worse still noise at night from groups of young people around bar area- talking laughing til 2.30am both nights - no one around to stop this so unfortunately would t stay again as we need our sleep!!

It was a nice quiet hotel outside of the Corfu city. The room was like a mini apartment with a small kitchenette for cooking and a clean bathroom. Our flight was delayed but the staff was very understanding and accommodating and were willing to wait for us to arrive despite it being late in the night. We would definitely rebook this hotel if we were coming back to Corfu.

A car is very much needed if you want to stay here!!! Getting buses to and from Corfu city and back to the hotel was rather challenging as they didn’t come very regularly. We found ourselves walking on the road for around 30 minutes every evening we were there.

Lovely pool, quiet apart from the airport noise as it's so close. Pool bar was fine for drinks. Bakery and supermarket close by and buses into town run hourly. Rooms quite basic but serve a purpose.

Toilet flush is terrible (so only suitable for non solids....) and drains blocked so water gets everywhere when showering. Couldn't check in until after 4.30pm as room wasn't ready - not ideal when you have an early flight the next day. Pool bar had run out of the salmon bagel & Greek salad - the only things we found appetising on the already scant menu. Minimum fee for a taxi is 20 euros if you want to go into Corfu town. The buses run hourly but not on time, so you will be waiting a while for one to save yourself a lot of money. Thankfully the reception staff are quite helpful and will check the app to see if the buses are running on time if you ask.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights to explore Corfu town. The hotel was comfortable and clean, with a lovely pool area. The check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the trip. We knew the hotel was a bit further out of town, and anticipated that we'd be taking the bus having read reviews that there were missing pavements on the walking route. Just a suggestion for anyone hoping to take the buses, ignore the timetable on the bus stop and in the hotel lobby as we found that the actual bustimes differed, possibly a new timetable? Google 'corfu city bus live tracker' for up to date timetable and live expected time of the next bus. There are two bus stops close to the hotel (we found bus stop 'hawaii' to be a bit closer than bus stop 'hotel folies)'.

Everything was great, the place really looks beautiful as in the photos. Staff is very hospitable and nice, both at the reception, room maids and people working at the pool bar. Prices of food and drinks were also good, even cheaper than the ones in the city center. Hotel is accessible via public transport, in case you're not renting a car or taking taxis. Near the hotel you have a well-equipped bakery, fruit shop, small market and pizzeria, in radius of 150m.

No negative observations for this property, I recommend it!

We stayed there for a week. Very nice accomodation, very clean and bigger than we expected, good WiFi. Enough space at the swimming pool. The bus station is right in front of the apartments. A ride to corfu town is about 10min. Supermarket and bakery are around the corner.

Very little kitchen supplies. Only silverware, two pans and one cutting board. Not even a knife for bread or spatula, so not convenient for cooking. You're also not allowed to bring your own food and drinks, so you have to get them at the bar. Although they mention it on their website, the poolbar is NOT open 24/7.

I recently stayed in these hotel apartments and was very satisfied with my experience. The location is great—close to the city center, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment were clean and well-equipped, featuring comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities. The staff was very responsive and helped me with all my inquiries. The price was reasonable, considering the quality offered. I definitely recommend these hotel apartments to anyone planning to visit this city!

Good place for a solo traveler. You have supermarket and bakery close by and you have kitchenette to make food. A bus station takes you to town in 10 min but you can also walk in 28 min cause the buses weren’t always reliable or showed up. Clean studio and loved the pool/bar, friendly staff. One time the bus didn’t show up and I was stressed cause had a connected bus to catch and the manager drove me there, now that’s what I call extraordinary service!
