The staff works really hard to make the guests feel comfortable.

There is no door or curtain on the shower so the floor ends up in a lot of water which is very uncomfortable in a small bathroom. The designated beach area is not only for guests of the hotel and little children are allowed there so one cannot expect peace and quiet. In the hotel there were also guests who were younger than 14 but at least it was quiet. The room was cleaned only once in 5 days. The towels were changed every day but as only 2 ladies were in charged of the whole hotel, this happened always in the silent afternoon hours. Early check out hour.

I liked the pool, and the bar. Bar is quite nice and cocktails are of high quality (rare for the area). I also like the friendly staff. The idea of serving a glass of champagne at breakfast is great too.

Rooms are a bit lower grade than the other facilities (pool, bar, sauna, jacuzzi). It was not bad, I just expected higher grade materials and furniture, judging by the pictures and the view of the building. I would also appreciate more plant based options at breakfast.

We stopped here on the way through Thessaloniki and it was a perfect beachside stop near Asprovalta. Private parking and good rooms. The property has two pools and a great covered open air bar. The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive. A marvellous oasis only a short walk from Asprovalta town

A minor point, but not a criticism, the hotel is not a restaurant and only offers basic beach bar/poolside food, but the town is very close and the there are very many restaurants to choose from. It would be unusual to choose to stay in and eat, but if you do, then the hotel can cater a basic meal.

Very nice atmosphere, close to the beach. The beach and the water is quite nice and clean, the sun beds are really comfortable. The hotel has a huge parking. Comfortable beds, the rooms have balconies overlooking the swimming pool and with sea view. Jacuzzi with warm water is a big plus.

The only inconvenience is that the beach is not reserved for the hotel guests. Everyone can come and take the sun beds, so most of the sun beds and umbrellas are occupied by people outside of the hotel, who come in big groups, with children, etc.

The resort is very special with a delightful environment. The staff are excellent. The breakfasts and bar were great. It is a good walk in to town but there are plenty of restaurants when you get there.

The shower is hopeless. It's too small and the shower room floor is always wet. That wouldn't stop us from going there again. Everything else is that good.

New overall facilities , hot tub and two pools; good breakfast and helpful staff. Beach a walking distance and well set up.

The deluxe triple room and its mini bathroom is quite tight. Also the room does have occluding curtains but the bathroom door and window are glass so light come through. Environment between hotel grounds and beach a bit desolate / unkept

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Avaton. We highly recommend this resort since it is unbelievably peaceful and tranquil, and close to the beach. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was continental, freshly prepared, delicious and with all the essentials. The coffee was excellent! The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and polite. We are really looking forward to go back and spend some more time there.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was small but had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable, and the terrace was big, so you could spend a lot of time just chilling there. Towels were provided for the pools and the beach, which was a plus. We really liked the pool area (both of them); it was very modern with lights, a jacuzzi, etc., and we appreciated the late working hours. Another big positive was the breakfast. It was a bit different from a regular buffet breakfast, so we really enjoyed it. The lady serving was always smiling and helpful, which was an excellent way to start the day.

The bathroom didn't have a shower door or curtain, so after a quick shower, everything was wet, and there was a lot of water on the floor, which didn't drain quickly. Although the hotel staff was friendly, the ones at the beach bar were rude. They seemed annoyed that we were there and didn't care that we were hotel guests. Also, the cleanliness of the pools could be improved a bit. When we went there, it had some insects, so we spent most of the time just lying on the sunbeds.

Beautiful hotel with two swimming pools and a beach bar. The host, Tassos, did everything to accommodate all our needs and made us feel special. His wealth of knowledge about other amazing experiences we had was an unexpected extra bonus. Good quality breakfast is included with the room. They do lunch and dinner at the hotel as well which is not included and again great quality food. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not a massive hotel and all guests are made to feel special. If there were more stars I would have given. The promenade with cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. We went to visit amazing beaches around the area with crystal clear emerald waters; Halkidiki with beautiful crystal clear emerald waters is just 40-50 minutes drive.

It is in a very convenient location, near the beach and in a quiet place. The staff was friendly, and when we had an issue with the room, they fixed it quickly. The breakfast was not that great, but overall, it was a very good experience. We will definitely book again.
