It's in a nice location. I would recommed choosing the rooms on the garden side as the ones on the street side are quite noisy. Room is a bit cramped, but you wouldn't be needing any bigger anyway. There is eveyrthing you need in the kitchenette - you don't need to carry anything. They clean the room daily, replace the towews and sheets often enough. There is plenty of places to park. Supermarkets and restaurants are not very far away.

There is some mold forming on the edges of the bathroom. Could use a pressure washer cleaning or replacing the grout on the tiles - could freshen up the bathroom. The second bed is not very comfortable, the big one was better.

Comfortable and clean studios near the beach and also not so far from the center. Bathroom was equiped with towels, liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo, and also was very clean. Every day cleaning the room by two very kind ladies. The owner was also very helpful, we had a problem with the air conditioner and she reacted immediately, so we can cool down after the beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchenette was equiped with everithing you need if you want to have your meal at the room. The facility also has nice, green and fresh garden. There is free parking which can be used, or just park the car on the street.

I expected a little bit more spacious room, but stil the space is egnough.

I enjoyed our stay at Cross Plaza because the host was very friendly, because the room was cleaned everyday, because it was calm and relaxing, especially on the terrace with the garden view. This place is close to the beach and also has two bakeries at hand, in case you need them for breakfast. The proximity to the town center is very good, we reached super easy the supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It looks like in the pictures, nicely decorated and really clean. It has AC but there was no need for us to use it.

The single inconvenience for us was the size of the room, it was a little bit small for the 3 of us ( 3 adults) but we knew this when we booked, it was not a surprise. There was no other issue with the room. I only wanted to mention this because perhaps 3 adults need a bit more space and they might use my opinion.

Very cozy and welcoming place. Nice garden, private parking. Sparkling clean. Very close to sandy beach with bars, sunbeds and umbrellas.. Supermarket and backery nearby. Far from the noise and the crowd, but still walking distance from the center..

Our room was facing the back yard and the terrace has no privacy at all. Second, but less important - the windows are looking towards the ugly brick wall of the neighbor's house. It could be nice to draw something on itl or make it a green wall with plants.

We are extremely satisfied with the stay. Antonia is very kind person and she gave her best, that we feel comfortable. Cozy room with everything with garden view. Location is far from the noisy center. We can recommend the host and the place. Unfortunately we can not give more than 10 points

Very good accommodation and friendly staff. We were 6 people and rented 3 rooms for a whole week. Everything was great. Everyday cleaning, clean sheets and towels, comfy bed and pillows. Facility is modern and has a small balcony with grass and a place to park your car. It's definitely one of the best places to stay in Stavros. Thanks for everything! Hope to come again in Stavros soon 👍

It's the best place, that we've stayed in Greece. So clean, nice and cosy. Very nice yard, location is 5 minutes from the beach. And the host - Antonia is so nice and always willing to help. We will come back for sure

Everything was wonderful. Great location. Very well maintained. Close to the beach. There was everything you needed to eat in the room if needed.

Very clean and comfortable room - with nice terrace, small full equipped kitchen; Nice umbrella and sitting area outside; garden and parking for the cars; Close to restaurants and shop - 3 minutes walking to the beach ; Quiet and easy to find area ; defiantly will come back
