Amazing location outside of Stavros, several beaches located at walking distance (recommend Stavraki beach north of the property), multiple even better beaches short drive away (recommend Babylon Beach south of the property). The owner and the staff were absolutely amazing! The property felt brand new, no wear and tear - the best kind of hotel. No restaurant, source food and drinks from outside (there are beach bar = fast food restaurants walking distance from there, but the closest grocery store is 5 min driving away). We liked it so much that we contemplate returning again this year! Large parking lot for all guests.

Not a complaint, just observation - pictures and location make it look like there is a beach adjacent to the hotel - not the case. There is a free beach three minutes' walk from the hotel, but across another street; another, larger and better beach with catering service 9 minutes' walk. This is not the hotel's fault, just clarifying.

Facility is brend new with tastful design and quality. Location is quiet and still it is not far away from the center. All good beaches are in that direction so it is located at the right place. Owners are polite. After one day they have offered to us to change the room so we got bigger room for free since we were staying for 15 nights. Every day they have given us gifts from olives and red wine to the apples and tomatos from their garden. We will return definitely next year. Recommendation to every one to visit and stat at this location.

We stayed 5 days at Balance Accommodation. The premises are brand new. It has a lovely modern and very stylish design. With huge comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and comfortable room. The aircondioning worked great. The sea is literally accros the road. You have a beautiful sea view from your balcony. The upper level has even better sea views. There is private parking on site. There are many beaches close by, both organised and free. The best restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. It's located at the beginning of the town, so you don't have all the traffic and noise from the centre. It's perfect! I can't thank our hosts enough for making our visit to the area peaceful and enjoyable. With suggestions on places to visit and best restaurants to eat at, and of course their great hospitality. We highly recommend Balance Accommodation and are looking forward to visiting again.

Everything , bed is pretty comfortable, you have view from every apartment on sea , so its good , you have private parking , everything good.

Only thing that is missing is at least ketler so you can cook tea or coffee, everything else proffesional.

The hotel is brand new, the rooms are decorated in minimalist designer way. The sea view is quite nice and the owner is really friendly. The terrace of the room is also very cute. One of the favourite things for me was the bed - very comfortable, with excellent bedding and pillows, large and high. You sleep like on a cloud.

The wi-fi is a little slow and there is no good mobile phone reception at the hotel. The room is a little small. Also do have in mind that they do not clean it every day. I suppose if you ask them specifically they can do it on daily basis.

The owner was very polite and eager to address all our inquiries. Very clean room and totally balanced for you to stay and calm down and enjoy your holidays.

It was a good start for the summer but the place was under construction still. There was no swimming pool and it is not actually seafront cuz you cannot access the beach in front of the hotel.

Everything was great. The guy who works at the reception( Angelos) was great as well! Very kind, funny and hardworking! He takes 50% credit for my review!

It was in a quiet area and a beach nearby not crowded, and not too far to Stavros for dinner

The fridge in the room, it is best to have a fridge that has a freezer for people staying as it's so hot it's nice to be able freeze water to take to the beach. The basin area needs some storage for your toiletries as the ladder doesn't work.

We had a very pleasant stay at the property! The rooms were spotless cleaned and well maintained. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly- they recommended the best beaches and restaurants around.
