We had a fantastic stay at Afroditi Hotel in Paralia. The place is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Our room was generous in size, with a convenient kitchenette, a very large balcony, and even a nice view of the sea. I especially appreciated the mosquito nets on the balcony door and the bathroom window — such a thoughtful detail that made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent: just 5 minutes to the beach and around 10 minutes to the Paralia center. The atmosphere was peaceful, yet everything we needed was close by. The staff were very friendly, and the owner was exceptionally kind, open, and always smiling. She speaks English very well, so communication was smooth and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and can only recommend Afroditi Hotel to anyone visiting Paralia. It’s a perfect choice for comfort, location, and warm hospitality!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Afroditi hotel. It’s a nice hotel with a beautiful green garden and very near to the beach. The hosts are so kind and helpful! They sent me a message to tell me that I could check in earlier, so we had the whole afternoon to enjoy the beach. The room is spacious, very comfortable and so clean (as the whole hotel is). What I really liked about the hotel is the location, it’s close enough to shops and restaurants, but far enough from the crowded part of Katerini. There was no problem to bring our small dog :)

(Note that I was here out of proper tourist season but during a public holiday, so I am not sure how quiet or crowded the guesthouse or town were, relatively to any other time.) The guesthouse is large, comfortable, renovated and very clean, there is a big beautiful garden and patio/yard with lots of places to relax, eat etc. It would probably be amazing to come here with kids. A very short distance away are the most gorgeous beach, with long stretches of sand and also good beach bars, and (separately) the very touristy town center. The great thing about the location is that it's close enough to both to be accessible, but far enough not to be noisy and busy. And the owner is lovely.

The downside of my room's being so sunny was that the curtains were not enough. Definitely needs thicker ones, or shutters. It's not extremely quiet all the time, if that's what you're looking for, but overall really peaceful.

Espresso in Greece sucks!

Location is perfect, so close to the beach and Paralia. Room was very clean, it had everything in the kitchen. Every space is used perfectly and everything is functional. Hosts are very nice and stuff is keeping the hotel clean all the time. You can use the yard and make grill. I recommend it and will visit it again for sure.

The only disadvantage is bad WiFi signal, but I think they will solve that issue.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! The apartment had a beautiful sea view, a well-equipped kitchen, and was very clean. There was air conditioning and a large balcony. Great location—just a few minutes' walk to the beach and a short drive to the water park. Plenty of free parking available. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view from the balcony . One could walk to the beach. The people and personnel who run the property were kind, approachable and professional. The hotel did not offer breakfast but there were leaflets available to order from nearby shops. Great value for money. Housekeeping every day.

There was nothing that we did not like in particular.

The accommodation in hotel Afroditi was splendid, me and my family completely appreciated the family vibe and the attention to every detail of this place, the price was just fantastic in proportion with the quality, the host was the most heartwarming person possible, we came back again there on the road back as we felt like home the first time. Totally recommend this place!
