The appartement was very nice and comfortable (4 people). the cleaning service was really perfect. Sheets and towels are frequently changed, the appartement was cleaned daily. The appartment is very well equipt, if we needed anything, it was immediately provided. The manager was allways available, very kind and helpful. Parking was never a problem, it was easy to find a spot any time, in front of the appartmsnt. A very nice sweaming pool is just across the road.

The room was modern furnished, the beds were comfy. The balcony was great, modern.

There was no room service for the trash. We throw it by our selves. Toilet seat got yellow stains, we have asked for change of the room, and the other was same. Under the one of the beds we have found bottle and filter from cigarette.

The bed mattress is good, the balcony is spacious. There is an elevator for the upper floor.

We booked a "King room with Garden view" on the ground floor which includes kitchen with a stovetop and kitchenware, but we got a smaller "Standard double room" without a kitchen on the upper floor. In the bathroom the toilet paper rack was broken. The wi-fi works only inside the room, not on the balcony.

A small, pleasant and clean hotel that has everything you need for a full vacation - an optimally sized room, a kitchenette with quality and working appliances, a well-furnished bathroom, a wide terrace with a table and chairs, and silence during rest hours. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood of Paralia Katerini and about 400 meters from the nearest beach. Rooms were cleaned daily. The owners are kind and polite people.

I think the shower cabin should be one idea wider. In the current shower cabin, it is a bit narrow for a full bath and accidentally dropping the soap becomes an adventure.

The stuff was friendly, it was clean. The beds were really comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday, the towels and sheets were changed once for 5 days.

The towels were very hard, it was impossible to touch your skin with them, let alone dry yourself with them. The sheets were 60% polyester which is very inconvenient in the summer. The location is comparatively far from the center - around 20-30 minutes walk.

The hotel seems quite new, and everything inside was tastefully done, with thought put into it. There's an elevator, which I didn't expect, and the room itself had all the amenities that I needed. The WiFi is stable, the TV is decent. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is quite nice, although perhaps lacking a bit of storage space for toiletries. I found parking right outside, and finding a spot doesn't seem to be an issue, even though it's a public one.

The sidewalks in the surrounding area aren't finished, and in general, the area is just being built up, so it can feel a bit desolate.

The owners are extremly polite. I lovedt the discussions at the evevings and the barbecue. Sanook beach is 500 m. LIDL approx. 1500 km. The pedestian street of Paralia 800 m. Very good location. Planty of parking places. The building was finished 2018. As I see the maintenance is working well because it seems still brand new. Very nice balcony. In half an hour: Olympos mauntein, Anchient Dion, Katerini One hour: Thessaloniki 2.5 hour by car Meteoras 4.5 hours Athen by car

The property is very modern and located close to the beach.Every room has its own Terrasse, the area is quiet and far away from cars and noice. Amazing beds for sleeping, the hygiene is on highest level. It is totally family friendly oriented, the owners are so friendly and helpful in any time of the day. I would really recommend this property for people with kids, there is lot of space around where they can play and have fun together :)

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Very clean and modern apartments. Situated outside of the Paralia Katerini's center in a calm and quiet street. The balcony was pretty spacious and we really liked it! There's a small kitchen in the room which is equipped with basic facilities you need for cooking an easy meal. The bathroom was spacious and there were toiletries.

The kitchen was a bit small and can get chaotic very easily.
