Staff friendly, we were given a sea view room free of charge. Rooftop pool fantastic. There was always a parking space right outside the hotel.

There is no soundproofing in the room at all, you can hear everything going on in the hotel behind the door, every step, every movement. There is no fresh food (fruit, vegetables) for breakfast. Bad internet in the room.

The staff were lovely the entire trip and made us feel really welcome. The buffet style restaurant was super convenient and the pool was a great spot to spend the day relaxing. The view was absolutely stunning!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. There wasnt anything in the room telling you about the facilities or things to do in the area. The lady told us at check in but it was hard to remember everything. We had no mobile service or wifi service in our room except on the balcony. It was available in the restaurant/reception and pool area though.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel is nice but can be quite dated in parts of the bathroom and decor. The views from the pools and hotel are outstanding, the view from our bedroom and small pool was also amazing to see. The breakfast has a great range to cater for everyone whether it be a fry or more yoghurt based.

There was a pair of underwear in the private pool attached to our room. I get it may be hard to see these type of things because it was in the corner and blends in. The bathrooms need a little updating and the use of a smart TV would benefit the room in the late evening and the pillows were too stiff for comfort when sleeping.

Great views across the bay from the lobby, dining room, bar, pool and most of the rooms. Breakfast buffet was generous and well stocked. Rooms were spacious, large beds, big balconies. Two pools and free parking Staff were all friendly and helpful Great location, close to a fantastic beach and beach bar.

No noise isolation, people in the hallways made a lot of noise at night in the corridors in front of the rooms, so bring ear plugs. Balcony doors wouldn’t close properly, but nobody could climb in, so wasn’t a big deal. WiFi was not reliable, you wouldn’t be able to work during your stay or stream films.

Location, views to die for. Good buffet breakfast. Nice bungalow with a great pool of our own. Great friendly staff. Quiet area. Good restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. The cleaning staff and the gardener were exceptional. We were worried about the past reviews but were pleasantly surprised. Will return!

Whole hotel could do with painting and back entrance steps need refurbishing as felt they were a safety issue with broken tiles and unsafe steps, also a bit smelly around that area! The upper pool area barman we felt could have tidied up the sunloungers at end of the day, wiping them down and clearing up the plastic cups that were flying around the pool area in the wind and he also never had any change so we couldn't order drinks! The old fashioned lift could do with refurbishing as it broke down twice.

didn’t like the odour in toilet it’s a shame it’s not a family hotel my son and family were in self catering nearby would have liked them to stay here or visit but it’s 12 year old and over

We had a bit of a disaster the day before our honeymoon. Where the hotel previously booked cancelled us. After booking with Paleo ArtNouveau we arrived and the staff had upgraded us kindly to a suite for the trouble we had gone through with the previous hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The bed and room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast lunch and dinner was very reasonable per person.

We didn't enjoy the buffet dinner. We found it wasn't very hot or tasty but we very much did enjoy the breakfast buffet every morning

The breakfast was gorgeous and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from, the location was beautiful and the hotel had lots of facilities such as restaurants, a bar, a rooftop pool and bar and it was overall very enjoyable.

My only complaint would be that the wifi and connection was terrible in the rooms, but somehow better on the rooftop pool, other than that, everything was perfect

Excellent buffet breakfast - huge choice with some items freshly made as you ordered. We stayed for dinner one night and €15 for the buffet again represented great value. The rooftop pool was also very good. Hotel is in a fantastic location with stunning view from our balcony ( see pic).

No air-con in the restaurant or bar . There are fans but its not that comfortable. Tiny lift. We are happy with the stairs even though we were on top floor. But can be a long wait if you have luggage. Hotel decor - looks a little shabby but again good value so who cares.

Unbeatable view...great pool in room...well priced buffet dinner...friendly, kind and helpful staff...close to paleo beach...peacful and relaxing

Lobby outside in evening is connected to bar so difficult to sit in common area without being asked to buy drinks. Also would be nice if one of the bars offered snacks to buy for lunch/dinner not just the buffet although buffet is great and well priced.
