I absolutely loved my stay at Phivos Hotel. It completely exceeded my expectations — honestly, it’s so much better than it looks on Booking.com or Google Maps! The staff were fabulous — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was perfect for me: just a 20-minute walk to the main restaurants and shops, which meant the hotel was peaceful, quiet, and super relaxing. The view from the balcony was out of this world. I sat there every morning just soaking it in — a perfect start to the day. The balcony was big enough for me to do my Pilates every morning, which was a huge bonus! The pool area was gorgeous, with comfy loungers and a lovely bar where you can happily spend the whole day. My room was spotless and didn’t feel too small at all. It was cleaned daily, which was such a treat, and the little kitchen space was great — we cooked breakfast every morning with ease. Honestly, I can't recommend Phivos enough. If you're thinking about booking it — just do it. It’s a hidden gem!

This was our 3rd time at the Phivos Hotel and we will be returning again next year. The rooms have been upgraded again from last year, they have patio doors and a mosquito screen so you can leave them open all day and night if you want. The furniture around the pool and in the bar has all been renewed and looks lovely and is also very comfy. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed every two days, there is also a new fridge in the room as well. We feel like we are staying with family because that’s how you are made to feel, the owners and staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.

Nothing

I loved everything. Such a relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All the facilities were fairly simple but done to a high standard. The rooms, pool area, bar and gardens were all extremely clean and well maintained and far exceeded my expectations for the price. Location is great - good local store, restaurants and bakery within a few steps. And wonderful beaches and beautiful viewpoints are within a 15 minute walk too. Honestly, I’m going to miss this place so much that I will have to return asap. Everyone that runs the place should be proud.

Absolutely nothing

Nice pool, good location, nice bar at the pool! There are enough sunbeds at the pool. There is a very nice coffee place just outside of the hotel. Apartment was cleaned every day, very welcoming host, around 10 minutes to one of the most beautiful beaches in Paleokastritsa. I was pleasantly surprised, this is a very good hotel for the price.

Please note that if you are very sensitive to sound it might get a little loud at the evenings from the bar till like 00:00 - just people laughing, talking no music though. Also rooms are not really well soundproofed, however it was not a big problem for me.

This is a lovely hotel. Only about 16-20 apartments but really nicely done. A lovely pool area and bar. The staff have made a real effort to give their guests an excellent experience. Everything felt fresh and new. Air con worked. Beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains was pretty cool.

It is quite far from the main beach in Paleokastritsa but we got taxis there for 10 euros, which the owner at the hotel helped us to organise. The road into the main centre gets so busy (nothing to do with the hotel and the same for any place not right at the main beach).

We loved Phivos hotel. The staff were so friendly and provided us all the local recommendations and also gave instructions on visiting Ravina and Limni beach. The apartment has an amazingly powerful shower, and also has a kitchenette with pots, pans, cutlery, two hobs and a sink (with sponge and washing up liquid). The location was ideal for us, a market two mins away and a bus stop 1 min away (bus takes you straight to Corfu centre and cost €2.50). We didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool as we were in the sea but it looked lovely. They also offer breakfast (€6) and dinner and drinks etc should you want it.

Wonderful family run hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very kind to provide us with some pizza as we checked in so late everywhere was closed! Great atmosphere, not too busy. Rooms were fantastic and literally spotless, the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever encountered! :) The room balconies are perfectly positioned to get the evening sunshine.

The hotel is located on quite a busy road. This had benefits in terms of being able to walk easily to restaurants and the beach, but a little noisy with the traffic.

This Hotel had most of the things we were looking for, a kitchenette, shower, ac, pool and was walkable to many beaches, markets and restaurants. We got great instructions on how to take a shortcut to Liapades beach, the staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke English. It's right on the main road, easy access by bus from Corfu Town, get off at the "Camping" stop before La Gotta. Paleokastritsa is quite spread out , so if you don't have a car be prepared to walk places or taxi.

Our beds were quite firm.

Such a lovely little complex, perfect size for a nice chilled holiday. The pool was always clean as was everything else. The staff all work so hard to make sure this place is clean, comfortable and perfect for your stay. Pauline the lady who works in the day is so friendly and can't do enough to make sure you are well looked after during your day's by the pool and pool bar. The pool bar drinks were lovely, great measures 😉 fabulous cocktails and prices very reasonable, the bar food/snacks were also very nice and priced a little bit low in my opinion so we'll worth the money. Stathis (one of the owners) is so lovely, welcoming and always happy and again cannot do enough to make sure you are having a fabulous time. The cleaning lady was amazing, she also couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I really cannot recommend this place enough and will be back next year, made our holiday in the beautiful Paleokastritsa one to remember ❤️

Having to leave 😕

Good location - Paleokastritsa is a very nice and vacation oriented location. There are lovely bars with nice music and atmosphere, good restaurants, a port where you can rent boats or boat tours, beach markets and mini-markets with fruit, snacks, souvenirs. The hotel is very nice, with a clean pool with sunbeads and shade, as well as a bar where you can enjoy drinks and laughs. Cleaning is done daily. Excellent bakery, market and restaurant within two steps. The beach: there's a small one within walking distance but you'll probably want to visit many others. Take a boat - there're a lot of wonderful beaches accessible only by boat. The staff were the frendliest I've met. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
