This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It also reflects our opinion of the hotel. The hotel is run by a hardworking and conscientious family. Everyone is very kind and takes ownership of the task of making sure that everything runs smoothly and that guests have a good time. The best thing about the hotel is the pool and the view of the sea and mountains from the poolside. The other is the garden with olive trees. I really like to read under the olive trees. This year we found that the guests coming to the hotel are very similar, regardless of the country they are from. Families, couples, small groups of friends. There are no travel agencies. That also makes the atmosphere very good. Everyone who comes here wants to relax, read, chat, play cards. It's quiet and peaceful. The sea is a short walk away. Ipsos restaurants and shops are also in the same area. We can get to the airport by public transport. You can take the number 7 bus to Corfu town, (the bus stop is 5 minutes from the hotel) and from there you can take the airport shuttle.

It had a perfect location and view. The place was clean. It had an amazing olive garden, games and pool, all surrounded by a wonderful view. The staff was polite and available. Good buffet breakfast. The room was always clean.

They have to absolutely put some mosquito nets. It was impossibile to sleep from all the bites you would get.

Shower a little on the small size A bit of smell from drain in bathroom but this can’t really be helped TV didn’t work for us but no bad thing No restaurant onsite but plenty of options a stone’s throw away House keeping could be more thorough Mosquitoes early morning and evening on the balcony - and can sneak into your room too

Had a great view of bay from our room. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options each day with a change up in what was offered. Good location to explore the island - we loved Barbati beach and Kamali beach - both easy drives away. Sea was crystal clear and in September the perfect temperature for swimming. Easy walking down to Ypsos strip. Plenty of choice to suit all budgets. G

Bathroom was a little snug and the shower leaked a lot! not a lot of space in there to store any personal items. Ypsos beach (which some say is lovely) is actually terrible - the worlds most skinny beach and full of rubbish.

The whole experience was exceptionally positive and welcoming. The hotel is located in a strategic area with close proximity of bus stops, stores and delightful restaurants; the staff is incredibly helpful and approachable, friendly and hard-working and the facilities were perfectly matching our needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was delicious and diverse every morning with fabulous local touch and taste. The room was nicely situated in a cozy part of the hotel overseeing the sea and the garden altogether. Nothing in particular. It would be good to note though that the bath cabins are a bit tiny to fit in.

The hotel is very clean, good location and has an amazing garden, the food during breakfast was fresh and very delicious. Most of the staff was polite and ready to help with information. Very quiet and green place with swimming pool and sunbeds.

The bathroom is not good enough. Too many mosquitos and very early closing of the reception without clear instructions how to access the hotel room when the reception is closed. The beach in Ipsos is not good, however there is a bus stop close to the hotel and you can reach different beaches around. The coffee, juice and water are not available during breakfast, you have to order and they bring you a small glass of water or juice, even though they are included in the price and no need to pay extra it’s not convenient to order and wait for every single glass of water.

Lovely stay at Hotel Yannis. The room is basic but very clean and good to have a kettle, tea cups, and a small fridge. Lots of storage space but no couch etc to sit other than on the beds or on the small balcony outside. Beds were comfortable and linen was fresh and clean. Daily cleaning was appreciated. Lovely pool with view of the sea. Great breakfast with local Greek food as well as all the basic breakfast items and different food options each day. Ideal location - very close to lots of amazing tavernas and small supermarket style stores which are on the main road right on the beach. Only about five minutes walk from the hotel. Bus stop at the bottom of the hill on the main road with connections into Corfu town and also up to the north east of the island (although bus timings are unreliable so would recommend hiring a quad or a car). Staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful in answering any questions or organising taxis etc.

Hotel is a bit run down but very clean and ideal location. It is a bit of a steep hill up to the accommodation but only a short walk. Take repellent as lots of mosquitoes in the evenings

The garden was beautiful, very nicely taken care of! It was easy to get around and find everything. The beach was nearby and all the shops. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and also very nicely cleaned every day. The prices were very reasonable and we also got a shuttle arranged for our way back.

The bathroom was tiny, i could barely get into the shower and turn and I am quite petite. For a bigger person it is surely a challenge. It also leaked from the side a bit every time. The breakfast was quite simple and didn’t have much of a choice.

Beautiful location very close to a wonderful beach. One can step out of the hotel premises and cross the road to get into the beach area. Lot of good eating options nearby. The hotel has an excellent outdoor pool overlooking the sea and the surrounding green hills. Other outdoor areas of the hotel are also very well kept and nicely maintained. Lot of greenery and olive trees in the campus. The outdoor areas of the hotel make the hotel look very nice. Great breakfast options with nice variety. Decent family room size for a family of 4. Staff is very helpful and kind.

The first night we had little bit of starting issues with the AC in the room. It took some time for the room to cool down. We could manage without Much issues later on. But maybe they can think of slightly better capacity ACs for larger rooms. That was the only minor issue we had for one day. Other than this our experience of this hotel has been very good. It’s a great value for money.

Lovely hotel, great pool with amazing views of the mountains and olive groves. Always free pool chairs. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice including greek dishes and some hot food rotated daily. They also do nice snacks and cocktails at bar. Room and aircon was very good, good size bathroom, only small thing is shower very small. Would definitely recommend for relaxing trip as away from noise of the town.

Shower could be bigger, other than this, it was a great place to stay. Bit of a hill up to hotel but manageable.
