We had a fantastic stay at Michelangelo Resort! My family and I felt relaxed and safe while enjoying the numerous swimming pools and the playground for kids. The turtles near Michelangelo Market were a delightful surprise. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff's kindness made our stay even better. Everyone in the resort was very welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and well-organized. Highly recommend this resort for a perfect family getaway!

The air condition could be butter

We were given the best room - far bigger than expected like a whole apartment with a massive terrace. I think it was 421. No towels on sunloungers and you could get one any time of day. Lovely entertainment staff Nina and René.

The breakfast was dire. We didn’t bother, but for £30 b&b per night paid, it didn’t matter!

The resort had all the facillities , the only thing was the pool, to much chemicals or Clorine , our swimming suit change color , Else everything is perfect

Oh everything was fun*tastic … but the staff and the people around was from out of this world ☺️👍🙏… everyone treated us super nice and friendly…

Location was ok, it wasn’t too far of a walk away from main resort, if we came back we would look for something closer to the town. Children’s pools and play area were good. - we had young children and they enjoyed it.

Firstly, the main problem was the shower in our room, the pipes got extremely hot when the shower was on,- regardless of temperature, our 5 year old burned his eye lid as he was height level with the shower main handle/pipes. I did report this as the burn was bad and he screamed in pain, reception staff just said thanks for letting them know. We found staff overall quite subdued. Not that friendly in comparison to other holidays we’ve been on. ( we’ve been to various Greek islands several times ) The hotel is dated and we do feel this is not a 4* hotel and it’s more of a 3*. Lots of snags around the hotel,- lose tiles around the pool area, our room had lots of shortcomings, cupboard door where fridge was was broken, light next to front door didn’t work ( which is where wardrobe was so had to open front door to see, the only mirror was in the bathroom, no mirror in main bedroom, lose tiles on balcony, We didn’t stay in our room much and so these problems did not affect our holiday but were annoying. Entertainment ok but not great, we went out every night as we were just quite bored. I do have to say the manager ( can’t remember his name) was very nice and he said we could stay for the Greek night , we were self catering and so this was very kind of him. And one of the bar men helped us take our luggage to our room as we arrived late at night and had 2 very tired toddlers and lots of luggage! So that was very kind and nice of him. Also the most friendly staff we encountered were the cleaners! They were so friendly especially to our children and were always smiling.

The staff were very friendly and the swimming pool areas were great. The location even though outside the village was great.

When I booked a 1 bedroom apartment I expected an apartment as in it would have some bit of a kitchenette all it had was a fridge so in my view it wasn't a apartment more like just 2 rooms. We had booked bed and breakfast because there wasn't an option to book all inclusive and thank god there wasn't the food was not good at all

The staff at the pool were great, fun, high energy! The apartment we stayed in were large.

The apartment was definitely not a self service apartment. There was no oven, no plates, knives, folks, no pots or pans… no kitchen amenities whatsoever. The front desk girl argued with other employees, made it very uncomfortable.
