The location is the best in the area with its own private sandy beach. The grounds are immaculate with beautiful, native landscaping. The views of Corfu and the Ionian Sea are incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Alda at the concierge was very accommodating and helped us stay an extra night when a cancellation popped up. Joel is a talented waiter at the beach restaurant and he spoke with us at length about Albanian culture. This is the absolute best of Ksamil.

Breakfast was ok, but could be improved to match the impeccable surroundings. Sometimes, the beach or pool area did not have enough towels for the guests. Kayaks or SUPs would be great for beach activities.

Nice vacation in nature, separated from the rest of the village. The path to the beautiful beach through the forest is unique. The pool also is very nice, also the staff in the bars and restaurant are very friendly, a special shout out to the pool bar waiters Sergio and the team. ✅

I think that as part of such a complex there should also be a small market.

The nature, the pool, the staff, young and friendly, the breakfast superb. The view from above was stunning, easy to move throughout the resort with the small buggy cars

The room: that kind of room could be rented at the most 50 euros elsewhere, so keep in mind that you pay for the service, not the room. We stayed in a double villa, the roof made of concrete was making it really hot inside. There was an air conditioner but you can't keep it on at night because you could get sick. The room was invaded by ants that crawled in the bed and mosquitos because there were no nets in the windows. The beds were comfortable and new so if you are not afraid of insects you could have a great sleep. Apart from the room, everything else was awsome.

I felt be independent and peaceful during our accommodation in the hotel. Personal was very kind and helpful, especially special thanks for Selena and Tana. They helped us for our any question and assist us during our holiday. Infinitive pool in silence, we very appreciate it! Transportation to beach is very easy thanks to hotel’s team members.

It a quiet place where you can stay and feel relaxed. The rooms were clean (daily clean), the food from the restaurant was good for my family (including for my toddler). I like that the chef cooked special meals for the toddler because the little boy didn't wanted to eat what was on the menu. A big pro is the private beach and the infinity pool. Staff was very friendly with a positive attitude.

It was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful. Also the beaches were nice and you could get there with a Golfcart or your own vehicle. The overal facilties are good and gave a luxurious feeling.

There were a lot of muscuitos at the evening dinner down by the beach. Maybe you could invest in some anti musquito lighting or other measures to make it a better experience.

I loved everything about this property! Fantastic and peaceful. You should have a car though if you want to get into town. I didn’t mind, best hotel IMO in Ksamil. Our bartender, Sergio, was fantastic!

If I had to say anything, I would say more fruit on the breakfast buffet as it was mostly meats, eggs, cheese, sandwiches and breads. Loved it though!!

This place is like paradise on this earth. Starting from arriving reception service and team were very nice and friendly and welcoming. The family room was huge with 2 separate rooms and small kitchen and big toilet and shower. The breakfast is the best part we used to sit for 2 hours :) loving the view and food and the staff. A lot of nice variety with amazing quality, I recommend always booking the sea view option because the view is 10000000/10. The pool is beautiful and the beach is clear like a pool sadly it was a bit cold but the sunbeds were very comfy and a perfect place to relax and kids playing in the playground facing the beach. I can’t thank the stuff enough they were super helpful with immediate response, I was worried when they mentioned they are reachable via WhatsApp because there were no phones in rooms but was amazed with their quick response and bringing the golf carts. Really best stuff team members in Albania. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and experience we really didn’t want to leave :)

Staff very friendly and helpful, food delicious, facilities very clean, grounds beautifully maintained and the beach and pool areas are stunning.

One suggestion of improvement is to have a regular taxi service into Ksamil town as its only 10 min away and worth a visit.
