Hotel was perfect for our needs as it was in a quiet part of town, close to several beaches, and it still wasn't too far to walk into town for evening meals. Ksamil is a pretty lively place so it was nice to be able to come back to our more relaxed location at the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was the usual selection but decent quality. A modern and clean hotel with good rooms. We had a sea-view room and the view was fantastic.

Surprised that there was no kettle or coffee & tea facilities in the room as this is pretty normal for a hotel of this standard.

Very helpful and kind stuff. Delicious breakfast (maybe the best we had in Albania). Hotel located close to beach. At the time we stayed as it wasn’t high season, we were offered better accommodation for the same price. It was a big compliment from administration.

As in almost every Albanian hotel as well here if you want to have the best coffee at the breakfast you have to pay for it or you can have of course for free not the best brewed coffee from the pot. It would be a great improvement for the hotel to have coffee machine at the breakfast time for the guests use, instead of brewed coffee in the coffee pot.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Luxury. The location is simply unbeatable - very close to beaches, yet perfectly situated in a sacred area, away from the noise and parties. The breakfast was more than enough considering the food scene in the region. The staff are, without a doubt, one of the best we've ever encountered! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request truly set this hotel apart. They made us feel so welcome and valued as guests.

This hotel has probably the best service I have experienced in Albania. The staff is super nice, professional and welcoming. The hotel is modern and clean and with nice amenities. Tana, the receptionist accommodated our last-minute changes. Recommended as a hotel.

Terrific location - close to great beaches, walkable to shops and restaurants, but at end of strip so not too busy/noisy. Great downstairs seating options: covered tables on terraces, and indoors seating if heat gets too much. Quality of food was excellent, both breakfast buffet and all the a la carte meals we had. Rooms were big enough, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well put together with really good showers. Staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful (and good at speaking English).

Their machines/connections did not allow me to pay by credit card. I ended up paying either with Euros or my bank debit card. Their pillows are very plump and springy - I prefer softer, slimmer pillows.

Stafi shume i sjellshem, pozicioni ishte perfekt per ne, larg zhurmes se qendres dhe afer disa plazheve te kendshme. Dhoma dhe ushqimi skemi asnje ankese. Do kthehemi perseri ne viziten e ardhshme. 🇩🇪 Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel war Familienfreundlich obwohl wir als Eheepaar dort waren. Die Mitarbeiter waren in jeder Situation sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück war lecker und der Weg zum nächsten Strand war zu Fuß auch erreichbar . Das Hotel liegt genau perfekt, wenn man das Zentrum und den Lärm vermeiden möchte. Wir werden bestimmt zürückkommen. Schöne Grüße.

Great hotel, nice and clean facilities, helpful and friendly staff, good food in the restaurant. The beaches nearby are also nice, we found them even better than the crowded ones in the center.

One small thing that could be improved is the coffee in the breakfast. It was just filter coffee but not good. We saw many guests ordering espresso/cappucino apart, so I think more people feel the same
