I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars! My stay at Hotel Siars was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Ajda and Larna at the reception were absolutely fantastic—so warm, helpful, and professional. The lady chef prepared delicious meals with such care, and the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless and comfortable. This hotel is a true hidden gem—beautiful, welcoming, and incredibly safe, especially for solo travelers like myself. I genuinely felt at home, and it was hard to hold back tears when it was time to leave. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Hotel Siars, for an amazing experience!

First I would like to mention the kindness of all the staff, they were all extremely kind and helpful. The room was very confortable and very clean and with a nice view. The breakfast was complete with considerable variety of food and an amaizing view from the rooftop. There is private parking for the car which is always helpful. Hotel situated a short walk from the beach. For sure an excelent option when staying in Ksamil.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, the only comment I would make is more related to the reality in Albania. There are lots of stray dogs wandering the streets, which is sad to see. The roads are also narrow making driving somewhat harder, but nothing impossible.

The property is very well located on top of the hill with excellent view and very quiet for family and couples which like to be way from noisy and busy streets.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The room was big and modern with a lovely sized bathroom. It had a balcony with table and chairs which was nice and a fridge (very handy in June!). There was an underground and above ground parking which was relatively easy to use. The staff were pleasant and had a nice continental breakfast on the roof (which had a nice view!). Was a good location, able to walk into town.

Could hear the music from the town/beach clubs - wasn’t too loud and didn’t disturb our sleep but depends what you’re looking for.

A beautiful hotel close to the beach, the staff size is small but very capable and friendly, nothing was too much bother at all. They were so accommodating to all of our requests and made our stay with them exceptionally comfortable.

The breakfast was light and slightly underwhelming but that said it was fresh and regularly topped up. Our shower was a little temperamental with temperature and the way the water came out, still a nice shower though.

The hotel is located in a quiet place. Here u can sleep at night 😅 The hotel is new, with stylish renovation, very comfortable. I like everything. The view on dinner is awesome, you can see all Ksamil. The staff was very nice and friendly, they cleaned the rooms every day and gave clean towels. There are several beaches near the hotel, including a free one. We are like this hotel very much 🫶🏻 Thanks for everything

The hotel is indeed new, the breakfast on the rough is delicious and the room was cleaned every day.

There is no closet, the room is called suite but is not, is just a regular room with balcony. The hotel parking is really small and the parking is very difficult if you come late at night and is full (there are 5 parking places in total).The hotel is not by the sea, is up on the hill..this should be mentioned.There where ants in the bathroom wheb we arrived..many of them ( 4th floor).

Had an excellent experience at Hotel Siars. Spent a week there with my partner and we had an amazing time. The rooms were new, clean, comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the property was conveniently located. The best part about the stay was how well we were treated by the staff. Festa, Sabina, Debora and Ajda went above and beyond to make our stay very special.

Hotel is very clean and neat. All needed equipment is there, it’s located a bit away from beach but because beachside has turned out into loud part place this is actually better as it’s more quiet :) it provides delicious breakfast with variety of food in rooftop area with beautiful view. Also personel is extremely helpful and professional - helped us with bus tickets and always was ready to support.

Nothing to place it. First floor room balcony is next to entrance but we were expecting this :) elevator a bit spooky 🤣

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, great view from the terrace. The beach is very close. To the left from the closest beach there is a Diamond beach which is the best option to stay with the kid when it’s windy, cause it’s always quite there. But what we liked the most is definitely the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they really care if we enjoy our stay. The place is absolutely recommended
