The location was perfect for us as we like a more quiet location a short walk to town. The property was across street from Lori Beach with chaise to rent and a delicious restaurant that had beach service! The staff was beyond excellent and the facilities were very clean, cool (great a/c) and well maintained. We were able to park there in covered garage too. They have a lovely covered veranda on first floor with bar/cafe and make the most amazing cafe and the top floor serves a delicious breakfast with the most amazing view of the beach/water. We Will definitely return to Olive Hotel!!

Olive hotel is an ideal place to stay in Ksamil. The staff were so nice especially the manager Uzera and Freddie who served breakfast. The rooms are new and modern with a really comfy bed. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Its within walking distance to everything and there is also free on site parking. They also provide fresh beach towels each day. We stayed here for 5 nights and actually tried to extend! Would recommend to all. Thank you for a great stay

The hotel had everything you could expect from a small hotel. Our room had a small balcony with a nice view of the sea. The room and the general areas of the hotel were clean. The restaurant at the terrace was a gem. The breakfast was above our expectations and the view from the terrace was amazing. The staff was friendly and nice. The actual reason we preferred the hotel is because the location is a little further from the chaos of the center and we slept peacefully at nights. A bonus is the hotel had a parking lot. Parking is a life and death in Ksamil. Must recommend.

The location is a little bit far from the good beaches and the center where all the shops and restaurants are (about a 20 min walk). There is a private beach just in front of the hotel, it was ok but did not have very good quality.

If you’re looking for a gorgeous hotel right across from one of the more laid back beaches (Lori Beach) in Ksamil then Hotel Olive won’t disappoint. My 5 night stay at was so memorable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly (always went above and beyond - this is invaluable), the room had everything you needed and more and the views overlooking the bay from the top in the mornings are spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel is a quick 5 min walking distance from the “busier” parts of town with a plethora of restaurants and beach bars. Highly recommend for couples, families and solo travellers looking for a more relaxed, friendly and chilled out vibe.

Hotel Olive Ksamil is a modern property in an excellent location with an exceptional view of the sea and close to 3 of the best beach clubs in Ksamil. We were greeted with a big genuine smile at the reception upon arrival by Mr. Uzeir . Even though we arrived early at 10 am and our room was not ready yet , which was expected , he kindly checked us in and explained everything and stored our luggage. We then walked to the very close beach clubs Principote and had a faboulos day ( only 200 meters walk from hotel ) . We got back late in the evening and he was waiting for us and gave us our luggage and room keys. They have an elevator . The room was a lovely , clean and modern suite with a nice seating area and with a separate bedroom , full bathroom and a big balcony. We had a restful sleep and the next morning we had a faboulos open buffet breakfast ( great service too) with the most wonderful view of the sea and beaches. We highly recommend Hotel Olive in Ksamil, Albania. Thank you again Mr. Uzeir for your hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Olive Hotel in Ksamil, located in a very quiet part of town, away from the noise and crowds you might find elsewhere in Ksamil. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful , they truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and it was served on a terrace with a stunning view , a perfect way to start the day. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The hotel is also very close to beautiful beaches, making it an ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed . I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

What can I say, this was one of the most personable hotels I’ve stayed at. It was so welcoming. The hotel staff from the lovely main man to the cleaning staff were unbelievably helpful. They just couldn’t do enough for you to make your stay memorable. Our double room was on the 1st floor, compact but everything you needed. So clean. Lovely view of the sea from our balcony. The roof top restaurant was amazing for breakfast and evening meal. The food was delicious. The view was exceptional. Olive Hotel staff you truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Your hospitality exceeded our expectations, thank you. Thank you for making our visit so memorable and enjoyable. Your attention to detail and care made our stay perfect. I would most certainly recommend a stay at this special hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

We had 2 rooms booked in full season. The location is far from the noise of the center, but 115 steps from Lori beach, in a quiet bay. The view is relaxing and the rooms nice. Cleanliness is at high level!! Beds comfortable and towels soft! I loved the rooftop breakfast restaurant, the perfect place to start a day! About service : the warm and always friendly atmosphere, a nice chat, just as hospitality should be! Thank you for a wonderful staying!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return if I visit Ksamil again. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk from one of the best beaches in Ksamil. The receptionist was very helpful and even provided free beach towels daily, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the limited space for drying wet clothes and towels, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Perfect location, right across from Lori beach and at walking distance from all the main beaches in Ksamil. The hotel is new, modern, clean and the staff friendly and very helpful and kind. Make sure you ask them to book you a taxi from and to the port. Special thanks to Marsi and the lovely man in reception who could not do enough for us, like taking us to places we needed a taxi ride for at very honest prices, and also extending our checkout times. Breakfast is also very nice and with a beautiful view of Lori beach.

I honestly cannot fault this hotel, would go back and definitely recommend.
