I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly hospitable staff who made me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my stay. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always spotless and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and the consistency of their service. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my room. Waking up to such a breathtaking scene each morning truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a level of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. Despite its central location, it was remarkably quiet, allowing for restful nights and peaceful days. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

While my stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. During peak season, the area can get quite noisy due to beachside discos, which is more of an issue with Ksamil in general rather than the hotel specifically. Additionally, my room, although newly renovated, had some minor teething problems typical of a new space. The bathroom door hinges were squeaky, the lighting system was a bit confusing to operate, and there was no safe in the room. Furthermore, I noticed the absence of a "Do Not Disturb" sign, which could be inconvenient for guests seeking uninterrupted rest. Overall, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Clean place. Cleaning was made every day. Close to the beaches. Close to the centre of Ksamil. Big terrace.

The sockets were not working. The water from the toilet was coming out when flushing. No variety for breakfast. Every day was the same menu. No possibility to pay with the card on the bar (also in Ksamil there are few places that accept card payment).

The View from the hotel is great, the town is in walking distance. The Hotel Adjen is connected to the Mira Mare, they use the same reception and share the terrace where you have breakfast. The space there might not be enough in high season as it was already not enough now. The breakfast was ok and the personnel is really helpful and friendly.

As the room is new there are missing nightstands next to the bed and there is no shower curtain or anything so after showering the whole bathroom is wet. Those are little things that can be easily fixed, so after all a nice stay.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel location is perfect, you are just some few minutes away to the beach, restaurants, stores... Our room had everything that we needed, with a view over the sea and the breakfast was very delicious with a lot of diversity and also some tradicional food! The staff is very nice and they always tried to make our stay better! The terrace it's mandatory with a breathtaking view and you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset! We hope to comeback!

The cleanliness was maintained in the property including the pool, reception, hallways and breakfast area. Our room has been cleaned properly and the towels have been changed after a day's stay. Our room has the best view of the seaside beauty, day and night. Breakfast is included in our booking and they serve sumptuous food every day. Having your breakfast with a good view in the morning is a treat. In addition, most of the beaches, markets and restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. I would like to acknowledge the most accomodating, helpful and kind receptionist named Anxhela. She has been one of the best people we have met in Ksamil, Albania. Our stay won’t be comfortable without her presence helping us in every simple way.

The room was always well cleaned, the staff was very friendly

there are some points to improve the quality of breakfasts 1. we would like the food to be constantly in a warm state (since there are no special containers that would warm the food, we had to eat almost always cold food) 2. the assortment should be constantly replenished (if we came closer to the end of the breakfast, some food was no longer there)

Friendly staff and access to the beaches. Free parking space available (also a garage), but quite steep and narrow drive. Rooms are nice, big and clean. The breakfast could be improved, food like eggs that should be warm was cold, but there are enough options if you are not a picky eater (fresh vegetables, fruit and some local food options, sweets for the kids). The best is the view from the terace, though, it is beautiful.

Well situated, lovely pool area. Short walk down to Paradise Beach. The beach is really clean and the water so blue. You can get a boat trip from there for about 30 Euros. The hotel was very clean and the room was spotless. Lovely balcony and views of the mountains. The roof top terrace has an amazing view for you to enjoy whilst you eat a lovely breakfast. I loved that you could get a proper coffee and had a lovely cappuccino to compliment the amazing views of the mountains and the beach. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They even picked us up from Ksamil town centre and dropped us back at the bus station. Nothing was a problem.

Would have like another option in the room for a softer lighting state.

The hotel is placed in a more quiet area, away from the main street and night activity. The terrase where you have breakfast and can spend some time in the evening has a stunning view on the beautiful bay. Angela, the hostess was very helpful with all our questions and requests. She gave us great recommendations on the activities, restaurant and beaches.

It is a very steep way up to the hotel, which could be difficult to take if you have mobility issues or just partied too much at night, which we did not :)

The best this hotel has is its staff. Everyone seemed happy and willing to help all the time. Especially Anxhela who had to deal with some of the issues I had during my stay. Honestly, the only reason I’m ranking this hotel high up is the staff.

The place is not beach front as advertised and it’s not four stars. Rooms should have an iron for guests, room service should make beds every day and not every other day. Luckily, Anxhela was there to help with all of these and they solved everything.
