The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds, well kept and the pool bar was very pleasant too. My room was clean and suited me for what my needs were. the staff were very helpful and kind. Its location to the town itself was exactly what I wanted, and as a female travelling on her own, both in the hotel and on the streets in and around too. thank you.

For a tall lady, the bed was quite low and the mattress protector did move a little when sleeping so it got bumpy at times, making it uncomfortable. The shower area was small and a little cramped, so no matter how you tried floor did get wet.

The room was nice and clean. I was feeling myself safe and welcomed. The host was very nice, giving lots of advices. Comfortable bed. Good small kitchen area. Friendly cat came to visit me every morning.

The floor in the bathroom becomes always wet after shower. Also I would like to have a chopping board and a kitchen towel.

Quite pretty hotel with nice architecture. Great bar and the barman was very welcoming and made fabulous cocktails. The owner was extremely helpful and looked after us well.

As I am of a certain age 😊 I need a comfortable bed and this is my only complaint. Really hard beds so there is a need to have mattress toppers at request.

Lovely clean pool. Lots of sunbeds. Pool side bar and reasonably priced snacks (closed at 6pm). Good location close to centre and walking distance from beach. Car parking on site and close by. Apartment was basic but adequate about right for the price.

Minimal cutlery and crockery. Kettle that didn't switch off. Ants in the kitchen. No soap or any cleaning materials at all. Balcony was the walkway shared by 3 apartments, so not private (though most others were private). Suggest: provide some cleaning materials and a floor brush.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location of this hotel was perfect for us with plenty of restaurants, bars, and beaches within easy walking distance. The pool was a good size, and whilst it was busy we were always able to find sunbeds. The room we stayed in was a bit dated, but we were anticipating this, and it had everything we needed.

We only stayed 5 nights, but our room wasn't really cleaned during that time, we did get fresh towels one day, but the bins weren't emptied once.

We absolutely loved the swimming pool which was generous in size and there was always somewhere to sit around it. Also, the apartment was kept extremely clean. Cleaners came in every other day and changed the bedding and towels each time, and left the place spotless.

The kitchen is a small area shared with the bedroom downstairs. It could have been better appointed with crockery and utensils, but it was manageable. Our living space was limited to the small balcony upstairs and just outside the apartment downstairs.

Pool and pool bar area great,drinks and snacks good and good value for money.Loads of sun loungers and grounds really nice.Lovely helpful staff and towels changed and apartments cleaned every other day. Great location and Kassiopi is gorgeous.

The apartment was nice but could do with a bit of an update in the kitchen and bathroom.Kitchen cupboards a bit musty and toilet bowl needs a good scrub.Mattresses not the most comfortable,saggy in the middle and need replacing.But none of this spoilt the holiday.

Chris, the manager, was always friendly and very helpful, and the cleaner went out of her way to work around our schedule. The room was basic but comfortable with everything we needed. The balcony area got the morning sun. Nice sized pool with enough sunbeds and a good pool bar, which served good food and drinks at a reasonable price. When one of our party left something important in their room on our last day, the cleaner found it, and Chris called us to let us know while we were on the coach to the airport. When Chris was unable to find a Taxi driver willing to bring it to us, Spiros called and let us know what was happening and that Chris was in his own car on his way to bring it to the airport. He delivered it to us before our scheduled flight. A round trip journey of more than 2 hours for him. This was very much appreciated. Excellent, friendly, and helpful people. We would recommend Philippos to anyone looking for good value accommodation in Kassiopi and would definitely stay there again. Andy W

A lovely apartment complex with an excellent sized pool and well equipped pool bar. Perfect location, only a two minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the communication prior to arriving in Greece was great. Would recommend.

Some of the furniture and rooms are a little old and dated. But it's nothing that affected our visit.
