The garden walk on arrival was lovely. The location was perfect as very near town and not up a hill. The pool was clean and tidy. The apartment was very clean, a good size and always had hot water for showers and air con when we wanted.

The plug in hob was cracked and old and not easy to control but we got it working ok and boiled potatoes and eggs for packed lunches. The apartments have old walls but are painted and clean. Maybe the window frames and doors will be the next thing to be updated.

It was our first time at Philippos Hotel and it was such a pleasant stay. People working there were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the environment was very pleasant. The location is very close to the center of Kassiopi with its own private parking. We used the pool only once. It is a decent size and clean pool and many sunbeds around.

It was not such a big deal for us, but the bathroom shower was short and every time we showered the water was all over the bathroom floor. It would be nice if there was a shower cabin or at least a mop to dry the water. Also we were surprised that there was no dishwashing liquid so we had to buy ourselves. All in all we loved the place and recommend it to especially families who are considering to visit Corfu.

The pools are adequate but it is a small complex. The children could get unacceptably loud and allowing inflatable toys should not be allowed. Parents should be asked to teach their children to play more quietly. If you are a couple going for a quiet time this place may not be for you. Also be aware that some of the apartments don’t really have balconies just a passage way shared by several apartments with chairs outside. No privacy so be careful when booking.!

I've been coming to Kassiopi for over 38 yrs and stayed at Philippos twice. The new beds were extremely comfortable. The pool cafe is extremely reasonable, and Dou Dou ( barman) was always very helpful and kind. The area is also nice and quiet.

It's not a dislike as such, but the bathrooms are very dated. I think it would be more beneficial to make them as wet rooms, especially as the shower curtains do nothing to protect the bathroom and often stick to your body 🤣

The room was nice and clean. I was feeling myself safe and welcomed. The host was very nice, giving lots of advices. Comfortable bed. Good small kitchen area. Friendly cat came to visit me every morning.

The floor in the bathroom becomes always wet after shower. Also I would like to have a chopping board and a kitchen towel.

The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds, well kept and the pool bar was very pleasant too. My room was clean and suited me for what my needs were. the staff were very helpful and kind. Its location to the town itself was exactly what I wanted, and as a female travelling on her own, both in the hotel and on the streets in and around too. thank you.

For a tall lady, the bed was quite low and the mattress protector did move a little when sleeping so it got bumpy at times, making it uncomfortable. The shower area was small and a little cramped, so no matter how you tried floor did get wet.

Clean comfortable beds, lovely pool area & bar which is very well managed. Very chill atmosphere, no scrabbling for sunbeds first thing in the morning. Cleaning staff work so hard and sheets changed every couple of days. Reception team are friendly & helpful. Beautiful green canopy of vines and lemon trees along the centre of the property.

Rooms are a little dated but it’s a very reasonable priced place to stay in the centre of Kassiopi

Location was excellent. staff very friendly. Pool lovely and lots of sun loungers.

The kitchenette was poorly equipped. Cleaning materials should be supplied. If you don’t have children you could find the screaming and shouting of other peoples children quite off putting and disturbing of the wonderful peaceful setting of this property. Parents should be encouraged to be aware that this is a small complex. Lie lows and other poor toys should not be permitted in the pool.

This is a real find, amazing location 5 mins from the harbour and a nice flat walk, great pool and bar and the guy who runs it is brilliant. This is all you need air con works shower works and it is great value. Thanks and would definitely recommend and come back 👏👏😎

Lovely clean pool. Lots of sunbeds. Pool side bar and reasonably priced snacks (closed at 6pm). Good location close to centre and walking distance from beach. Car parking on site and close by. Apartment was basic but adequate about right for the price.

Minimal cutlery and crockery. Kettle that didn't switch off. Ants in the kitchen. No soap or any cleaning materials at all. Balcony was the walkway shared by 3 apartments, so not private (though most others were private). Suggest: provide some cleaning materials and a floor brush.
