*The breakfast buffet was excellent. * The room was well maintained and serviced *The staff was well trained and were very helpful * The beach across was pebbly but the water was impossibly calm and clear. *There are a couple of restaurants nearby to walk to that are very good, or you can drive to the other towns nearby that have a lot more choices of restaurants

*The ala carte restaurant for dinner only had a few choices and was quite expensive. *The walk up and down to the rooms can be tiring in the summer heat, but taking the buggies is the best choice.

The service at Nido was unparalleled. From before we arrived, we had a medical issue (a fall during pregnancy) and Manager Amaryllis kindly sorted cabs to and from the hospital for us and also upgraded our room to one that was nearer to the main restaurants. This service continued day to day with small touches such as smoothies by the pool and very quick and personal attention in the restaurants. The property itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful rooms, pool decks and restaurants. The private beach is also fantastic and nearby a local taverna which was excellent. We also loved the food at the hotel - especially the buffet desert!!

Exceptional in every way! This little hidden gem is a real piece of heaven. From the impeccable staff to the location it is perfect in every way! Amaryllis the general manager went out of her way to exceed expectations of our trip. I was suffering badly with hay fever during my stay and the hotel arranged their taxi driver to go to the town and collect medication for me. Every area of this hotel is just exceptional, the food is just divine! We loved the private beach just across the road, and hand delivered drinks from the hotel! We are already looking to book again & We will be back next year for sure.

Absolutely nothing!

Absolute quiet, the view of the sea and the mountains on the Greek mainland from almost every little spot on the hotel grounds, the rooms included, flowers and bushes in blossom even at the end of the season, delicious breakfasts in a lovely airy restaurant accompanied by pleasant unobtrusive music… with very nice, helpful and always smiling staff. Golf cars with drivers at your didposal to take you to your room “in the skies” and back down to the reception are an excellent BONUS! Thank you once again.

The rooms are nice (we were staying in junior suites with sea view), but not very nice, which I expected - from the photos on booking.com. And the mattrasses gave us a little backache. But these were just minor issues. And the beach looks different and larger on the booking.com photographs. :-(

We had such a warm welcome! The staff were genuine, pleasant and couldn't do more to make our stay super comfortable. Our room was exquisite - the bed was comfortable, good shower, bath and even an unexpected hot tub on the balcony! Electric cab cars take you up and down the hill to and from room if requested, making the hot walk up much more bearable. The breakfast options were vast, tasty and plentiful. The pool area was very clean, comfortable and even with the hotel being fully booked, didn't feel crowded. The large infinity pool was beautiful and the cocktails at the bar were delicious. We didn't eat at the a la carte restaurant, as we preferred to go to the more casual restaurant on the beach across the road, but I have no doubt it would have also been fab.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful resort, we were treated like royalty! We were given an amazing room upgrade and the view over the ocean was spectacular. We had our own private spa and plenty of room to spread out on the private veranda and spacious villa. The breakfast buffet was delicious, every whim catered for and freshly cooked to our liking. Coffee was delicious. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. The pool was divine and plenty of sun beds for everyone. Lovely cocktails by the pool, and complimentary cool drinks brought to us while we were sunning yourselves. Plenty of umbrellas for shade as well. If we didn’t feel like walking up the hill at any time, we were chauffeured up in one of the many golf carts. We never had to wait to a ride; there was always someone ready to take us. Close enough to walk to a little mini-mart and beach front tavernas for a dinner if we wanted something different from the plentiful lunch or dining options at the hotel. It was an amazing few days at this beautiful resort and we will treasure the memories forever!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

Wow We loved the heartful, welcoming, friendly and willing to help attitude of all the staff - reception, restaurant, pool, cleaning, room service, rides etc. We loved the little things making such a huge impact (small drinks, water, little gifts) which were so spot in place, so lovely and sweet. We loved the views from everywhere to everywhere - the sea and montains, the hotel architecture, the cobble stones and gardening, the pool area, the reception hall. The suite, kindly upgraded, was so inviting and comfortable. We have had such a great time at Nido. Our hearts, our eyes, our souls got a boost of relaxation and good energies.

That lovely view of the hotel from the plane... it said that it's over. Until the next time.

Everything was great, especially the staff who were caring and always smiling and ready to help. Happy staff = happy customers. We by chance met an old employee (Maria) of Nido whilst visiting an olive oil tasting session at another property and she was also very complimentary of Nido. My only gripe would be to get to the beach one needs to cross the main road which is not ideal but other positivities far exceed the small inconvenience of crossing the road

Top class hotel from start to finish; Amaryllis and her team offer a masterclass in hotel management and customer experience! Delicious food, very comfortable beds and stylish rooms, great beach and pool area and most of all, each and every member of staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. On top of all that, there are lots of thoughtful touches that combine to make this a top class hotel. Could not recommend more highly. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time - thank you from all our family.
