Very clean hotel and very safe resort. A lot of security, everything very well organized, very nice property. I saw a lot of reviews like food is not good...yes it is not like in restaurant but it is completely ok. Fresh meat, fruit and vegetables every day. You also have water and coffee (filtered) all the time, so all inclusive is super. We also had water slides for free - it depends from your location in hotel. so everything was for free.

Beach was full of sunbeds, no space for playing on a beach. it is not sandy beach, stones in the water. If you prefer pools, this is a perfect hotel, but other side of the island has much better sandy beaches - gylfada, agios gordyos, issos. I lot of very fat people who only came to eat. I was shocked.

The first bungalow, wasn't suitable and very small for 5. However, the staff relocated us to a fantastic bungalow with a sea view, much bigger (slept 6) and more modern and light - perfect! I thought the food was excellent and the location great. The kids loved the beach, splash park, games room/ ride on cars and lots of ice cream.

Petty things which you would expect to be included and are at other all inc I've been on previously - such as the token per person to obtain a glass. Closing the all inclusive bar from 11pm. Only allowing one slice of pizza per person, so you have to get up and down around 3-4 times. Covering up the nice coffee machines at lunch and tea, to force you to pay for a nicer coffee. Having to pay for water bottles in the rooms, paying for waterslides and paying for sunbeds on the beach - all little niggles

What we really liked was the location of the hotel — right on the beach with beautiful views. The food was varied and tasty: fruits, vegetables, salads, meat, fish — there was always something to choose from. I want to give special thanks to the wonderful staff — everyone was polite, attentive and always ready to help with any issues. A huge thank you to the animation team — they were absolutely amazing! Energetic, kind and full of positive vibes — they made each day fun for both kids and adults. It was also great that the hotel has pools, children’s areas, and direct beach access, which makes it very convenient for families. Overall, a warm atmosphere, great service and lovely memories.

Sometimes the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, and we could hear noises from the hallway or neighboring rooms. The room interior felt a bit outdated, though everything was clean and functional. There were also occasional queues at the bar, especially during peak hours. These were just small things that didn’t significantly affect our overall great stay.

We stayed at this all-inclusive hotel in Corfu for 10 days in April and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was calm and not overcrowded, which made it easy to relax, but it still had plenty of fun and activities to enjoy. The facilities were great, including outdoor gym and the on-site nightclub. The entertainment team really stood out: they were dedicated, enthusiastic, and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. The shows were fun, well-produced, and added a lovely touch to the evenings. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, always smiling, kind, and attentive. It made a big difference to feel so well taken care of. We loved spending time at the pools and the beach area. The water was crystal clear, and it was magical to swim alongside small fish. Food-wise, there was a good variety throughout the day with snacks, treats, and ice cream available at all times. While the main meals could benefit from a more modern touch in terms of presentation and flavor, we never went hungry. Drinks were tasty and plentiful. The hotel is also conveniently located, just about 20 minutes from the airport and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and bars. There's also a shop in the resort for essentials, snacks, and fun extras like inflatables.

The rooms we stayed in felt a bit dated and were on the smaller side, but they were clean, functional, and comfortable. The semi-transparent bathroom doors may not suit everyone’s taste. Also, the spa was unfortunately closed during our stay. That said, the kids had an amazing time, and we all left with great memories. We'd happily return and recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun holiday in Corfu!

Great location, fantastic that the beach is right there and you can chose to enjoy that, use one of the many pools or join in the activities. Food is variable and always available, so are drinks, there are also more locations to chose from. Staff is in general very helpful and nice. They don’t go above and beyond (eg when we lost stuff, reception wasn’t doing much, never asked for room number on case it gets find and they messed up our taxi booking) but any usual, regular questions they are helpful with. And some are replay awesome - eg a man at reception working out when to leave our room. Kitchen staff was fantastic too. Animators were brilliant.

They would need more cleaners for the public toilets, it was always super dirty. (While room cleaning was very well done). On our first day our towel was stolen, so was for another family - so maybe upper the price slightly so the right crowd holidays here who doesn’t take others property. The evening shows were somewhat sexist, we still watched and enjoyed them but I would recommend reviewing them. These are small things though, we actually wanted to extend our stay (another experience where to booking lady show zero initiative), so all together it was very nice.

The beds weren’t very comfortable

We got a free room upgrade with view of the river and super quiet. We didnt ask for the upgrade, i just wrote that i want a quiet room. The food was delicious and was a big variety. Its directtly at the beach with a lot of space for kids. Was generally quiet and the room very modern and clean. All people were super helpful and even ordered us ataxi to go to the airport. I have only positive things to say. I waa sceptical because of some bad reviews i read, but i saw that they were trying their best. The restaurant is even open from around 22:00 o clock until around 4:00 in the morning, information that i didnt know from the reception, so you can always get something to eat.

The area is huge and absolutely green, like an oasis in the village. It is really well kept. Beach is so nice, big enough with lots of beds and clean. Gym is well equipped and organize pretty good classes. Food is fresh and various. Rooms are not too big but comfortable enough (we were in bungalows). Programmes and animators made fun. Highly recommended.

Rooms should be better equipped, more shelves for example, it was hard to take our stuff (with 2 children). Lines in the bars were long, the soda/water should be self-service.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. The staff worked their socks off. To feed that many people so efficiently takes a lot of work and organisation. We had read some unfavourable reviews and this isn't our typical choice of holiday but we were really impressed and had a really great time. The kids also had a blast. Kids Club, new friends, waterside and free ice cream. What's not to like!

I didn't like shouting, aggressive people moaning about the lack of beer and wine at 10 in the morning. It was probably the same people who ran the bar dry the night before. For a 3-star hotel the facilities and the staff were fantastic.

Well located, rooms were very nice, lots of cupboard space, mostly friendly staff.

The fact that we were only informed of a certain tax on the day of our check in, despite our booking confirmation on this website stating that everything had been paid in full. Certain other amenities also had hidden costs, like the slides and beach chairs, which we were also told can only be paid in cash. There weren't enough chairs around the pools, and despite there being a rule to not book chairs with towels, most guests were doing this anyway. As we were trying to follow these rules most of the time, we then ended up not getting a chair - which was frustrating.
