The hotel is well maintained and the facilities are very clean. The food in the restaurant is really good. The dining intervals are quite long and allow for a late breakfast and lunch, which is convenient. Right next to the hotel there are a couple of locations offering various boat trips.

The layout of the family room we were given was quite ridiculous- bath tub is outside kind of in the room, toilet and shower have almost no privacy (only a glass door). There was neither Wi-Fi, nor standard internet access in the rooms or at least it was really really weak. The beach is not accessible for small kids as it is very rocky. The evening entertainment for kids starts quite late- at 20:30 and it is very short (20 mins at times). The grass in the kids play area should be cut more regularly- it was full of biting insects.

Design outstanding. Multiple choices in activities and close to beaches. Staff friendly and courteous, and generally very efficient.

No guest laundry facilities. Lunches lacked imagination and no cold meats

Classic for the family with a lot of pools, three waterslides. We were all-inklusive and the food was also really good. The place has 2 additional restaurants and we tried one of them which again was very tasty and pleasant. We were in one of the bungalows and that was perfect for us as family of three. A bit more walk to the pools but for that it was really nicely "remote" and quiet. Our daughter liked the animation in the kids-club as much as the swimming. Best is a small walk to the beach and dip into the water there at evening time or sun-set - beautiful!

The Cocktails are all from "pre-mixed" sirups (except the alcohol of course) and are certainly nothing for someone who likes a fresh cocktail. But there are other restaurants and bars nearby in case that someone finds this important.

Rooms were modern and clean, the resort is well-maintained and comfortable. The buffet selection was really good and every day there was a variety of freshly cooked meals on offer. The food was delicious and you could tell that it was all made using fresh local ingredients. One member of our party can’t eat gluten and there were loads of gluten-free options at every meal. The chef was super accommodating and took us around the buffet explaining what food had or didn’t have gluten and upon our request they added notes to each dish to point out what was gluten-free. (There was also a list of all foods and all allergens which was updated daily, yet the chef would happily answer any questions about allergies). We also asked the chef for gluten-free bread every morning which they provided directly from the kitchen (it was not part of the buffet but available upon request). The staff were overall very helpful and friendly.

Housekeeping wasn’t great. They made up the room every day but not thoroughly by any means and they would sometimes forget to replace used towels. They always eventually catered to our needs upon request but you could tell that the resort was a bit understaffed (we went at the very start of the season so that could be it). The resort is very comfortable but not a luxury stay so make sure you know what to expect. There are three pools but none of them are heated so we couldn’t swim most days at it was still quite cold in early May. As expected with an all-inclusive stay, drinks were quite diluted (even soft drinks). The snack bar by the pool was also quite poor and didn’t have any gluten-free options.

An amazing low rise hotel set in loveley grounds within an ancient olive grove with trees that might be a thousand years old. Very friendly atmosphere, lovely staff. Yoga etc every day run well. Several pools - some for kids others just adult. Rafailla the "Customer Experience Manager" did a wonderful job finding out what people needed and helping them to sort any problems. Worth her weight in gold. The food was good with a wide selection. You could even have a FEB with a choice of 6 different types of sausage.

The gym. Nice 30m2 air conditioned space. There are six very ancient cardio machines of which only one treadmill functions in any meaningful way. The cross trainere is simply broken beyond repair, as are the two Xacise bicycles. I complained about this 3 years ago, and nothing happened. It would cost little to get new equipment, but there seems to be no interest.

I write this review in our last day in Sentido Appolo Palace Corfu. We booked here 10 days with all inclusive in a family room (recommended for a couple with a small child). We arrived with expectations to get good value for the amount we paid at a 5 stars hotel. We were totally disappointed when we got our room, old basic furniture, no shower gel, toilet flushing tot good functionning, and other details that should not ever find in a 5 stars hotel. Then we met Konstandina, client experience responsible at the hotel, and she was so attentive to our needs, treating us with respect and care and trying to find the best solution for us. We switched after 3 days to a junior suite with private pool (which was perfect for us), then to a supperior bigger room for the last 3 days. It was not easy, basically we stayed with our luggages almost packed during the entire holiday, but it was worth it (comparing to our initial accomodation proposal). The difference between the initial family room and the junior sweet it was of one star, if not 2... Thank you, Konstandina, for all your professionalism and attention! For always asking how we were, always at our disposal when we needed anything (restaurant reservation or whatever), for all your care! It felt close, we felt heard! The hotel is so lucky to have you, you are always profesionnal, but a good and attentive person on top of this, and we felt that! We are not picky customers, but we expect to receive good value for money we pay, and, as I told you also, you saved our holiday! Thank you! 🙏❤️We really appreciated your effort and consideration towards us, and everybody, I assume! At the end of it all, it was a good journey at Appolo Sentido Palace! The difference between 3 stars accomodation (family room) to 5 stars accomodation (junior suite)

Sentido Apollo Palace is a fully equipped resort that is very child friendly. The beach is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel so you can enjoy the sea as well. We were on half board and the variety of food was fantastic. It's very convenient that the Green Bus that takes you to Corfu Town stops in front of the hotel.

Although the pool rules clearly say that you shouldn't book sun beds before the opening hour of the pools, a lot of people left their stuff on the beds for booking way before the opening. By 10 am basically almost all the beds were booked and if you don't do the same or you arrive to the pools later, you might end up with no bed.

We spent our holiday at Sentido Apollo Palace and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The buffet was outstanding: every meal offered an impressive variety of delicious options, perfectly combining local flavors with international choices. We were always looking forward to the next meal! The facilities and services were exceptional. The pool area was simply beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun. What really stood out to us, however, were the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special: a free late check-in, a farewell gift with local products and traditional sweets, and the well-organized airport transfer service. We were especially impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff. On one occasion, an extra bar charge had mistakenly been added to our room, but the receptionist handled it quickly and efficiently. Even more impressive, when my daughter accidentally left behind her backpack with some beloved toys, the staff went out of their way to find it and reassured us that it would be shipped to us shortly. Overall, Sentido Apollo Palace combines excellent hospitality, delicious food, and top-notch services with genuine care for its guests. We felt truly valued throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Corfu.

The only suggestion I would give is to improve the room cleaning service: once housekeeping didn’t come at all, another time they arrived at 7:30 pm, and on one occasion the towels weren’t changed. Overall, the level of cleanliness during the stay felt a bit superficial compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Excellent for a family with kids, lot of fun. Also, the best food ever at the restaurant. I was very surprised to see it's a huge resort.

The bed wasn't very comfy. 70 euro to reach the location from the airport is also a minus.

The food was excellent, very unexpected for an all inclusive.

Service in the reception/cleaning was under pressure. We needed a blanket and after three calls without any result, we just picked it uo ourselves late at night.
