Our host Tatiana was very kind and helpful. She reached out even before we arrived and welcomed us when we got to the house. The location is great - 2 min walking to the beach, 3 min walking to the center with shops, restaurants, bus stop, vehicle rentals, etc. Even though it’s an old house, everything was fresh and clean when we arrived.

The metal construction of the bed was squeaking and screeching with every move of ours. The first night we woke up like 15 times, then eventually we got used to it and woke up only 4-5 times per night. This is an easy thing to fix and I’m sure the owners will take care of it. Another easy to solve issue was with the bath curtain - it’s just 20 cm too short, which defeats its whole purpose and the bathroom was always sunk in water.

The location was perfect- at around 2 minute walk from the beach and a few minute walk from the main road. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the bedlinen clean. There are only essential facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful place to stay.

The wi-fi connection was poor, the kitchenette is very small and because of lack of space it's impossible to make anything more serious to eat than a sandwich :). There might be put a small foldable table fixed to the wall-just an idea. It would be nice to have a small safe in the room. I didn't watch TV during the stay. The last day I decided to watch it but the remote control didn't work.

Everything was great. Thank a lot to a great host :) She gave us some very good tips and was always there for any help that we needed. Apartment is very clean and has a very nice view from balcony that we used every day for a breakfast. Beach is also near. I recommend everybody this accomodation.

Amazing location, literally a few metres to the beach!! Tatiana was a lovely host, so accommodating & helpful, even offering a laundry service to us which was greatly appreciated.

The facilities are basic & a bit run down, but for the price at this location you can’t complain.

We were pleasantly surprised by the architecture and the views from the balcony. The room was quite small but very clean. But most of all we liked the fact that the sea is literally 2 minutes away and you get a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea from your balcony.

Unfortunately a little lack of privacy, going out on the balcony you are not separated from the neighbours and noise insulation is not the best.

The bed was comfy and big (double). It is located 3min walk from the beach, 7min walk to main street with shops and eateries, but it is also in a way away from tourist masses. Perfect location. My room had a balcony and views to the mountains and a sliver of the sea. The host is very nice too. Would totally stay again.

The kitchenette is very small, so was difficult to prepare food in. It seems to mainly consist of haphazard items that look like half were left by previous guests. When the nearby resort had their parties it got loud. You can hear the other guests very well, especially if they're outside.

The Villa is close to the beach but still far from the noise of the beach bars. The only noise around was coming from roosters. The apartment was spacious, had all the essential (fridge, two cooking burners, big double bed, a desktop) and a nice view from the balcony. The manager, Tatiana, was super friendly! Let's start by saying that I am comparing it to other similar places I have been in the islands. If you want a five star apartment you'll be disappointed. But if you are looking for a cheap stay, it is quite good, considering that it has Air Conditioning too. Thumbs up for changing the towels every three days.

In the bathroom I would have preferred to have a bracket for the shower head. The garden has great potential, so it's a pity that it seems a little abandoned to itself.

amazing location, really close to the best beach in Moraitika (clean sea bottom, without any stones) and 5 min from the village, where the main road goes. it is comfortable when you are with kid and do not want to go long time to for day sleeping big balcony. comfortable bed, AC. Tania is nice and helpful if you want, you may take umbrellas at her villa and go to the public beach. from my point of view this beach is much more good than beach near all in hotels the sea is really not deep, my son thinks its best beach in corfu (we lived in 3 villages on the island this summer),

maybe garden and kitchen need small renovation, but everything was good, clean, working and so on. We are ready to come one more time

The cleaniness suprised me. The room looks better than on the pictures. The staff was always very helpfull and the location was amazing
