The staff and the host especially had amazing attitude showing highest level of professionalism. While we forced to do very late checkin he was so kind and helpful and even proactively took care of our dinner by recommending alternatives as he predicted that the restaurants in Dimitsana would might be closed at the time of our arrival. The breakfast was rich & tasteful with many traditional handmade pies and special options every day. The room was cozy and super clean with stunning view and large parking area. Overall, the host and our stay in Nerida upgraded our travel experience in the area. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Very comfortable hotel in outstanding location. Friendly and engaged host who sent us our forgotten ebook reader to Athens and took care of all the fuzz with the parcel service. Thanks a lot for the help!. Abundant parking, access road easier than expected. Complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit waiting for us. Easy 5 min walk to village centre with restaurants.

Two large groups receiving breakfast before the officially announced time 8:30 left a mess that took some time to clear up - not the host's fault. There were no fresh towels the second night.

The location, the views, the breakfast were all amazing. However, most impressive of all was the help and support Kostas, the manager gave us when we got a flat tyre just before sunset on a mountain road back from the Prodomos monastery. After we phoned him for help he arranged for a local taxi to get us. The taxi driver was able to put on the spare tyre then followed us back as the light faded. The next morning Kostas looked at the damaged tyre and contacted a garage a few kilometres away and sorted out getting the correct replacement tyre fitted! All this unexpected help meant that although we couldn’t do the first stage of the Menalon trail as planned, we were able to get to our next accommodation in Pylos on time and without delay. Thank you so much Kostas!

There was nothing to dislike about the property

Views were fantastic. Great breakfast. Comfy beds. Short walk to the centre ( just a few minutes)

The hotel was really quiet when we were there and so the bar was lacking in atmosphere and closed early l. Facilities for tea / coffee making in our room would have been appreciated.

Location is perfect, because you can walk to Dimitsana's center where all bars and restaurants are located. Dimitsanas' streets are very narrow and the parking places limited. Room was perfect, with fireplace and jakuzzi and it was very not inside, despite the cold weather. Breakfast was fine too

The hosts were amazing, kind, and went beyond what was expected. The views are stunning, the rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. We were so happy there and will come again!

Everything was fine. Placed in the excellent location with breathtaking view on the valley. The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent . We enjoyed it very much

The people working at the hotel were extremely accomodating Danae who received us helped us with everything that we asked for. The service was very personal. Costas, the owner was really helpful, much more than expected. It's a little homely hotel with a wonderful view. Highly recommended

Our stay was too short

Beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Interesting access road. Good parking. Fabulous shower. cracking view. Blissfully quiet. Despite a village wide power cut the generator provided instant hot water power and full breakfast on time.

Nothing to fault. We did not want to leave.
