My husband and I stayed at Kelly's for 14 nights. It was our 2 week workation (work + vacation). I will try to give as many details as I possibly can. Property: This boutique-style hotel is run by a family. The family has a construction business and they built this back in 2022. Since the property is new, it feels fresh. They have only 11 rooms and most days we felt quite a private and luxurious experience with entire seemingly for ourselves (This is because we went in May, summer could be packed). The entire property is super clean and they maintain it all around. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. There is a kitchenette with all basic equipment for cooking. Our bedroom had a balcony (I think all rooms have a balcony facing the road). The rooms are cleaned daily, which was amazing. Free parking too. Wifi: This was most important aspect for us. Wifi was stable 95% of the time and did not hamper our work. Pool area: We spent a lot of time around the pool. This was our main reason to book as well. The swimming pool is 1.4m throughout and it has pool side beds and beautiful cabanas. You get pool towels too. Food: We did not see in any other reviews but they have good food on property until 5pm (see pictures). We ate 12 out of 15 lunches. The chef is their family member. She worked at 5-star hotel earlier as chef. Apart from tasty Moussaka, we loved the Penne Chicken Broccolino Pasta and Pasta Carbonara. The rates are very reasonable and same as any restaurant nearby. Breakfast has the usual suspects with warm food + cold cuts. However, everyday they serve different Greek dish, one cake (changes daily). Location: The place is located 10 mins walk away from Kathara Bay & Faliraki beach. There are good restaurants nearby and a great bakery called Sarikas. Couple of restaurants we loved in the area - Village Taste and Spitiki Gonia. We chose last 2 weeks of May. Weather during our stay was a mix of hot, sunny, slightly windy and slight rains.

The property was absolutely beautiful, very modern and clean. The host was very helpful and accommodating no matter what time of day, he was always contactable. Short walk to supermarkets and bar street is a 10-15 minute walk with a good selection of modern restaurants and bars There is a restaurant and bar just down the road from the apartments, if you don’t fancy bar street every night. Approx 20 minute taxi drive from the airport and costs €30-€35 Walking distance to the beach, however not the greatest of beaches and not ideal for people with prams as there is no pathway the whole way there are also few bars/restaurants

Bear in mind there are no bar or food facilities around the pool as it is fully self catering

Nice and new apartments at peaceful place of Faliraki. Geri and his team was helpful with everything, excellent service from them. Very good breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes, crepes, pies…. If you stay at swimming pool during day, there is a possibility of snacks and drinks (homemade pizza, gyros, salads). We traveled a lot by car during day and the pool always refreshed us in the evening ;-) We had ground apt with jacuzzi on the our terrace and super relax there before going for some trips :-) Many Greece taverns close to apartments, just 5-7 min walk. So THANK YOU ALL THERE!

What a gem of a place, 10 mins walk to beach and 8 mins to Faliraki strip - Bar's, Restaurants and Supermarket within 50 meters. No car required unless you want to explore the Island. Gary and his team made us feel welcome from the outset, our flight was delayed so Gary ensured we had, Fruit, Tea, Coffee, Soda drinks, wine and chilled Beer waiting for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Gary gave us great recommendations of where to eat and go and they were always on hand to sort any issues that arose. The Pool felt like our own private pool on most days as only 11 Apartments and we didn't really see too many other guests - Great! Daily maid service, clean towels and very approachable staff. We would definitely recommend and we will be returning to Rhodes and Kelly's Luxury Apartments. 🇬🇷👍

Only 10 Days

Our June 2024 stay at Kellys Luxury Apartments was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always available to answer any questions. The complex is modern, clean and well designed. A family run business of 11 apartments, and as such there was never an issue getting a space by the pool. The actual apartment was well equipped and cleaned every day. There was a breakfast buffet every morning – fresh, tasty and lots of choice. The complex is positioned 15 minutes walk from everything – both the posher restaurants towards the port, and the nightlife on the main strip. It has supermarkets and Greek bakeries very close by, as well as cash machines, although almost everywhere took card. We didn’t have a hire car, we walked everywhere.

we loved our stay here, really clean, modern and calm. It’s in a quieter part of Falaraki ( which we loved ) but only a 10 minute walk to the main strip which is perfect. There’s a lovely bakery which is a 5 minute walk from Kellys as well as a couple of small super markets. There’s great beaches which are a 15 minute walk away aswell as the Falaraki harbour so great if you want to take a boat trip. The cleaning staff were great, we always had fresh towels and a clean room. They also gave us a fresh bowl of fruit on arrival. Super easy check in and helped us whenever we needed it. Definitely recommend!!

Spacious rooms, particularly the bedroom faces the east and the road which didn’t have traffic at night (good for sleep…) during our stay in May. The pool area is a good size equipped with very comfy sunbeds. The few issues with the internet and TV were dealt with immediately by the hosts.

Nothing really except that due to the location in a rather quiet area of Faliraki and not directly at the beaches, a car is needed to move around.

Spend a week at Kelly’s, just WOW! FANTASTIC. A beautiful and modern boutique hotel managed by a wonderful family. The location is perfect as it’s close to the center, beach, restaurants, bakery and coffee shops. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised that a complementary breakfast was included in our stay, which was excellent and contained more than sufficient choices and fresh bread, fruits and more. The apartment is very modern, with all the facilities you need and it gets cleaned daily, even dishes were done and the private pool (yes it has a very relaxing private mini pool) got serviced multiple times. We were most impressed by the amazing staff! They went above and beyond and interacted very amusingly with our little daughter Nuna. One day we got a small cake as a gift from the chef. Finally, even on our last day, after check-out, a room was made available to get changed and fresh up prior to leaving to fly back home. If I have to suggest one minor thing to improve, it’s that the WiFi connection could be better. Close to the access point (probably pool/breakfast area) the connection is good, but in the room and especially at the balcony the connection is slower or not available.

The apartments are really comfortable and in a good location, with shops and the city center within walking distance. The property is beautiful, and the pool is large enough to relax and stay refreshed all day. The breakfasts are delicious! There were 4 of us, and note that there is only one bedroom with 2 sleeping places, while the other 2 people sleep on the pull-out sofa.

However, the mould in the bathroom (likely due to poor ventilation) was a bit unpleasant. We also didn't use the jacuzzi because it wasn’t properly cleaned and had sand inside.

We just spent a week here and we absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The breakfast was perfect every morning with so much variety and the rooms were immaculate, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and my 2 year old nephew JJ just loved Egla , she was just amazing with him <3 the housekeeping done a great job and provided us with fresh towels daily. The location was good and close to faliraki strip. The week was so peaceful & relaxing and we will definitely be back! Thank you to you all!
